we like the location and the appartment

We have rented the appartment many times before, and we are alwas very happy. But this time the cleaning was very bad. the kitchen floor was very sticky. the drain in the bath was stopped so water ran over. the toliet board had gone off in one side. I think it is very importen that you alwas checked everthing before new people arrive. Having said all that, this is the first time we have not been satisfied. so we'll come again another time.

Fabulous location,very safe, quiet and cozy. The owners were very responsive to questions and the app was helpful to navigate the apartment and neighbourhood. Very clean, decorated with great taste and comfort in mind, and what may seem like little things made all the difference: coffee, games and books. Plenty of room for a family of five.

It was hot in the apartment but to be fair there was a heat wave, and each room had a ceiling fan - the heat is not typical.

Location and design were wonderful, easy to find, close to the center. Also very clean, full equipped kitchen.

The only thing - how sheets were made - two separate sheets in the middle of the bed. Would be better single large sheet so there are no holes where feet can stuck. Also could have more toiletries, slippers.

The area and location of the unit was its best and only favourable part of the property. Close to all amenities, easy walk to city centre and all the attactions

We were very disappointed in the size - bedrooms small and no real room for luggage or to unpack anything, the kitchen was smallish with very few utensils, toaster was not working properly nor was the coffee machine, dishwasher and exhaust fan. there was no cleaning items like a broom etc. lighting was poor thru out the unit. we had originally booked as a group of 6 and then arranged to rent the additional bed sit - and so glad we did as we wouldn't have any where near enough room for 6 people in the unit as it was advertised. the 3rd bedroom had no window or ventilation and was extremely small. We loved the location but the unit itself did not live up to expectations from what we read and saw on the internet when booking the property. if you are a group of 4 or more this property is definitely not suitable! would suit family of 4! The kitchen was ok however the dishwasher did not work, the toaster handle was burnt off so made it difficult to use, the nespresso machine was not working correctly and the exhaust fan didn't work at all. So although we loved the position we were very disappointed with overall unit and wouldn't recommend or stay again. unless property is tidied up and all items in good excellent working condition which is what you would expect when paying this kind of money for this type of property.
