First of all, the city of Sorrento is a dream. Beautiful, chic, clean, friendly, it has anything you could wish for. The accommodation was fantastic and Angelo was, well...as the name says, an angel. He helped with lots of recommendations of restaurants, things to visit, things to do, shops to hit etc. The apartment was very clean, nicely designed, the room big and the bed very comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sorrento and I will surely go back there in the future.

electrical hazard present with outlet not secured and no cover plate. we only needed one night booked and we accidentally booked 2. asked to have a night taken off and they wouldn’t help, said we would pay a fee even and they said no. also tried to make us pay city tax when it was included in the booking for the breakdown. the rooms are very loud and you can hear everything from your neighbors as well as the “lobby”.

It was a lovely room, very modern and a great location. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

We had no kettle in the room, which I was very disappointed about. Also the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Very noisy. The staff are not there at all except meet you there at check in. They did not address issues we had.

the staff was very helpful! they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. anytime we had questions or a problem they were quick to respond and help resolve it. the place was simple, but clean and well kept. the rooms were cleaned everyday.

Excellent location. Pleasant staff members who alllowed late check in and late check out. Rooms well cleaned and fresh towels. Safety.

The locks need to be updated. Several times we had a hard time getting in the downstairs door and the door to the suite.

The keys were a little difficult. the step that’s in the middle of the room maybe a little dangerous in the middle of the night.

Amazing location to stay in Sorrento! quick walk to the train station, beach and shops. Property was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels which we weren’t expecting. AC and wifi worked well. Host was extremely friendly and gave us many suggestions on restaurants and excursions.

Shower needed to be cleaned with CLR. Water pressure was poor.

Its location: hard to find buried inside an unlabeled building. no on-site staff. grumpy cleaners having a shouting match on arrival: not a great first impression.

The room was really clean and smelling nice. Spacious, comfortable, with a balcony which is always a plus! The bed was large and I didn’t expected housekeeping every day, that was a nice surprise!

Great location for the centre of Sorrento! Valentina was brilliant and gave us lots of restaurant recommendations! Would definitely stay here again!

A fair walk from the ferry - would definitely recommend getting a taxi especially with luggage!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We appreciated the lift and drying rack for clothes. Short walk to town centre.

No drinking glasses provided, refrigerator was not cold and we could not adjust it. Traffic was very noisy so we did not sit on balcony. A shelf in shower for toiletries would be helpful.

The facilities and the room were very comfortable and clean and you can tell that the rooms have been recently fully renovated. Francesco and Valentina were extremely helpful, providing information and suggestions for nearby activities, beaches, restaurants and transportation and the communication with them was excellent. All in all, a very nice experience!

Everything was perfect. Location was great. We have a balcony to drink coffee or eat. Valentina was a great host. She recommended us a lot of things to do ,a lot of places to go ( pizzeria,local bar) It was great experience. Like it at all.
