Everything! Vito, the host, is a wonderful person. We had to leave early in the morning and so he prepared breakfast to take away. The best breakfast I had.. he even made polenta! :) If you have the time, it is wonderful to just sit in the kitchen and have a cup of tea while you talk with Vito. The place is super well situated, in a quiet street and a 4min walking distance from shops and restaurants/cafes. We slept with a view of the mountain..simply beautiful. I would definitely choose this place to stay!

Location is good: there are several restaurants/shops/atm’s at walking distance and it’s a good starting point location for several hikes. The owner is extremely friendly! I felt sorry I didn’t speak his languages, would’ve been nice to talk properly. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Price-quality the best you will find in Paul I think!

I like cats so I didn’t mind but if you don’t it’s not a good place for you since they are everywhere (downstairs and in the kitchen, not in your personal room)

The owner, Vito! He is just the best. You can be chatting with him for hours. He has a very good story to tell (I won't make spoilers, go and find out for yourself) and he is genuinely interested in what you have to tell too. Ask why it is called Misurino ;) Vito prepares a very nice (and Italian) breakfast with care and love. It is good to have this kind of food when after a while having local food. The cats are incredibly friendly and lovely, and don't bother you. The room is big and the beds are comfy. Vito cleans the room, the bathroom and makes the bed for you even if it not really necessary. There is very little noise outside. The whole stay made us want to come back and stay again at Misurino

Vito is a great host! Always helpful and friendly. Misurino is discreet a and beautiful house, very well located in Paul’s valley. I loved the decorations, the colours and the cats :) and Vito’s breakfast is delicious! We stayed more days because we were so comfortable. The rooms are very clean and they had everything we needed. Bed sheets are very clean, the owner (Vitor) is extremelly friendly and helpful, the view of our room is bucolic, we have a beautiful mountain and a papaya tree in front 😍!

Vito is amazing guy. He is very nice and helpful person. It was my best stay in Cape Verde!

Vito was an excellent host, very friendly and talkative without being obtrusive. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Perfect starting point for hiking trips in Paúl. Best bedsheets I had during my whole stay in Cape Verde. I highly recommend staying at Misurino.
