Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, ok breakfast. Reasonable price!

Very comfortable mattress. Very simple but cosy room. The bathroom was nice and very tidy. I loved the ceramic electric kettle. The breakfast was good and enough, which ensured little wastage. The facilities were good overall. The only issue is that you could sometimes hear the voices next door. The proximity to the central parts of Sofia was great - close to the centre but in a quiet area.

Just the voices coming through from next door. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit for breakfast.

Great location, 2 min walk from Vitosha and the National palace of culture. Staff is very accommodating and let me check out an hour later and leave my bags until my train. Sent an email to request a shuttle, and they sent a driver to the airport to pick me up (20 Eur), he was amazing and on time and in a Mercedes. The room was super cute and with a balcony. Would definitely recommend this stay to my fellow travellers.

Location was great, clean room, nice breakfast. A quiet place even though it is in the city center

The hotel is a family boutique one very charming within walking distance to the centre. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a la carté and included in the price, which was very convenient to us, you could chose from an omelette to a typical Bulgarian choice. The guy at reception was friendly and helpful, too. Besides, it wasn’t crowded something that I appreciate when I choose my accomodation.

Maybe that you have to walk about 15’ to get to Vitosha boulevard but it’s a nice walk and the neighbourhood is safe at night.

The rooms were clean and modern, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good.

Just Warm water for shower, room wasn't ready for check-in, but we god another one, requested two single beds when booked, but we got a double instead ! Average breakfast!

The hotel has a really nice look, but the smell in the room is not really good. We had to left open windows.

breakfast was always the same, without juice and creativity. Good for a couple of morning. The worst thing was that they not have a place in the evening where to stay and drink something. we ask them but they did not Let use the breakfast room.

Very cozy room, comfortable, clean and stylish. Friendly stuff. Very good location, close to the central square. Dining room for breakfast is very aesthetic and beautiful.

Electric kettle in the room stopped to work and when I ask to change it they didn’t have spare one, but suggested to use the one downstairs.
