Good location near the waterfront in Mindelo. Very helpful host who helped us with our trip to San Antao. Mindelo is a great town for wandering around.

The owner Cristian received us with the keys at the door, and showed us his very neat and clean apartment, which we liked very much, it was close to the beach, restaurants., bakery, little supermarket. We can really recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views -- you can watch the sunset from the window or from the roof terrace. Very tastefully done, very spacious, and great location for the beach. There are three mini mercados super close by, and it was easy to get a taxi from the road. Christian was a great host, very helpful and friendly. Kitchen was well equipped and it generally felt more like house sitting than renting a vacation apartment. No AC, but a lovely cool breeze and fans in every room -- this was our best stay in CV for temperature and comfort (and lots of other things). Generally a quiet apartment, and we slept very well. Would 100% come again, and stay for longer!

It would be nice to have a hair dryer. Otherwise struggling to think of anything!

Awesome apartment and area

the amazing location, the hospitality of the hosts, the kitchen items, the amazing view, all the apartment had the perfect amenities to enjoy your vacation in Mindelo!

the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t good enough to work from the apartment, and even sometimes in the phone was hard to connect… this was easily solved since I had a portable hot spot, just had to buy a Unitel card (less than 50€) which was more than enough for a week and half - and we were two people working.

The apartment is fantastic and comfortable, well situated near the city beach and convenient store + bakery on 200 meter distance.
