The hotel is ok, this isn’t my first stay. Staff are always friendly, rooms are always clean and tidy and breakfast is reasonable.
Second time staying here where the shower hasn’t been warm, in addition to no heating made the stay very cold.

Easy to get too with good car parking
On arrival we were really excited as I had booked a Santa sleepover experience for my children. Sadly I had apparently booked it via the wrong link. The managers attitude towards me was awful, she wanted to charge me more money than what I’d original been quoted for the experience because I hadn’t booked it through the correct link! We nearly ended up leaving! It finally got sorted but very stressful and upsetting. The experience itself was unorganised, the manager looked very stressed abd and a few people had made comment on her attitude because chairs were being moved that she had placed as a barrier 🙈🤦🏻♀️ to top it off we all had a dreadful sleep as we were all woken by the hotel fire alarm going off at 3am!!! The kids were disturbed unsettled and scared and we struggled to get back to sleep!! All in all over priced experience and I wouldn’t recommend

Parking charged 20 pounds because I made a mistake with parking machine. Staff said nothing to do with them. As they did not own the car park. Won’t be returning

Somewhere to stay after an horrendous journey, so a welcome nights sleep was had!
Size of breakfast for the money was abysmal

Very good stay. The hotel has very close to major roads and it is easy to get to Hull, Grimsby or any coastal towns. A prefect hotel for sightseeing in the region as there are no traffic jams there. Parking is not free but convenient to use. Everything was very clean and tidy! Very dog friendly! Good breakfast! Amazing staff!

Modern clean and luxurious. Perfect for a wedding at Woolton hall.
Don’t have any rooms for families of 4 so had to book to rooms next to each other. We requested a joining room which they had but had to request this over the phone but once we had it it was fab.

Breakfast was well cooked and presented, plenty of everything and an excellent time range. Evening meals were of a high quality and the staff went above expectations, very friendly and helpful.
Booking in was OK after a mix up with names (booking .com fault)
The AC in the bedroom kept stopping, no instructions on its use.
Parking prices are over the top.
Another mix up between the hotel and booking .com meant that I could not get an invoice for my stay so couldn't claim the costs on expenses.

The staff were really helpful with all of our needs, the room was exceptional with the most comfortable bed ever!
The shower was lovely but the flow was hard to adjust.

Very clean and modern compact hotel with good size room, comfy beds, modern shower rooms, good options for food and drink and an excellent gym for the size of hotel (good range or equipment and weights, and nice and cool too). The reception, bar and restaurant staff were lovely too.
The car parking charge of £10 for one night was a bit pricey perhaps.

everything was of a very high standard. only stayed for breakfast plenty of variety something for everyone. do Donna on reception we found very helpful and kind to my 91 year mother. exceptional member of staff many thanks to her for all the help she gave us.
