Location is great, close to mall and public transport. Free off street parking after 9pm right outside the building or after 6pm nearby. Pool, gym and sauna are great, unfortunately spa pool was in maintenance during our stay. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We booked a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and it is spacious with everything we needed. It was our home base while we looked for a rental place.

Our stay at the Avani was very enjoyable, the beds were very comfortable and the facilities were great. It was a shame that we didn’t get to stay longer as we were on a schedule due to attending the Formula One. We just didn’t have enough time to enjoy their gym & sauna facility, the infinity pool was just gorgeous. The staff were lovely. We hope to come back & stay again, when we’re not on such a tight schedule.

Their was nothing to not like but just some minor changes when travelling with a family would be helpful, maybe a separate toilet facility but for the time that we there & the event we attended, most places were booked out & the Avani was lovely & served our purpose.

The staff are excellent …. Very genuinely helpful after the previous guest damaged the room we were meant to stay in… they were able to change our rooms mid stay to accommodate our original plans/needs.

the price and the rooms were perfect for our stay. loved having a washing machine in our apartment

Room was lovely, huge bed with blackout curtains and AC (in main room but cools bedroom if door is open). Provided everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and keep food/drink cold, TV was easy to use and we also appreciated the washer/dryer with a couple of individual sachets of washing powder.

Some dish-washing liquid would have been nice, as tea towel & scrubbing pad were provided but we didn't use enough plates etc to warrant buying a whole bottle.

The location is convenient.

The aircon was not cold enough for the hot day. We had 2 bedroom apartment. There is one bedroom which does not have aircon. Even we leave the bedroom door open all the time, the room still too hot. Kids could not sleep during the night. We got a portable fan after talk to the reception next day. It was a bit better, but it's still not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. I would not suggest this hotel in the summer. The bathroom is very small.
