Lamentablemente el wifi muy malo , si no estaba en la cocina , no había , y me gustaría que tenga microondas…

Nice quality coffee. Equipped kitchen, we used it to eat takeouts but did not cook. Owner offered to use washing machine, repaired the coffee maker the day after we arrived, and provided an iron at our request. Amazing location. Clean. Lots of natural light, spacious property. Each room has its own bathroom. Modern style.

It was impossible to set the bathroom water at a comfortable temperature (On both rooms, it was either far too hot or very cold). Low water pressure. The mattresses and pillows were very old and excessively used, making them very uncomfortable for a 6 night stay. One room was silent (facing the inner part of the building), but the other one was very noisy, facing the street. Portable air conditioning is not like normal air conditioning units. The unit was not cool enough. The elevator broke down the day before we checked out. We were inside the elevator when it happened, it was a scary situation. It was not repaired until after we checked out, so we had to use the stairs for re entering and going out. With elder parents and heavy luggage (we stayed the first 6 nights of a longer trip), climbing and going down the 3 floors of this old building was insane. The owner apologized but did not show up or sent anyone to help us with our luggage when we checked out (we wouldn’t need it if the elevator had been working). Breakfast was not good (except for coffee).

Central location and the comfort of the accommodation - 2 good rooms and a decent kitchen, well stocked with breakfast items. It suited us because we were two related couples comfortable in the flat.

No view at all but for one night it was fine.

We liked the place - modern, comfortable, clean, bright. All the great pubs near the apartment.

A small lift - not comfortable for more than 2 people (without luggage). Quite loud neighborhood. If you need to use the washing machine, you have to ask for the extra key (it is closed...). And the worst - the living room with the kitchen is shared and nobody mentions it in the Booking offer!
