The view

Amazing views, beautifully appointed, cosy, comfortable and with no-one around. Truly a memorable experience, and very romantic. Even the walk to the accom was great. Oh and watching the stars in bed was great.

It was lambing season (September) when we went, so you’re greeted by bleating lambs and the scent of trees coming out of their winter slumber. The view is amazing, and the trek in was easy.

Breath-taking views. Absolutely beautiful spot. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Lovely romantic setting for your anniversary. The hosts were very friendly and prompt with communications.

There is no mention that there is not 240v power. This means that if you carry things that require power then A) you can't use them and B) you have needlessly carried something from the car with you. The walk is lovely but multiple trips or needless items are a bit frustrating. No issue not having mains plugs, just annoying if you have carried in only to not be able to use it. You need a 4WD just to get to the carpark, anyone who hired a sedan or a small car would not know that you are crossing fords and driving in river beds until it was too late and there is no reception to call for help if you get stuck (We didn't but were surprised about the lack of information around this) It is beautiful and tranquil with amazing views and I can appreciate the logistical costs of creating one of these is high but this pod has a bit of "handyman" type finishing with screw holes all over the place and mottled paint job, shower door not working properly, silicone slopped about on the shower rail, (there are more but these jump out at you). I don't mind these things if they are reflected in the price but the PurePod marketing is all about luxury and the price is very top end, so its disappointing to see that luxury is not continued into its finishing. The good definitely outweighs the bad but feel like its missing the mark slightly in a few areas.

The pod was so warm & cosy, the most comfortable bed and the delicious food prepped was more than enough… Snow capped mountains, a trillion stars and a beautiful sunrise to wake up to!

Loved everything about the Pure Pods. It delivered what it said which was pure relaxation. The scenery is spectacular. Absolutely loved it.

The view from PurePod was amazing!! You can look at stars at night just laying on bed. Fantastic experience very romantic for couples. The only neighbours you have are those cute sheep and they will definitely be your special wakeup service in the morning.

Quite a lot of flys, mosques and other small bugs in the property. I think this maybe normal but still a bit more than what I expected especially I found some under pillows and duvets. If you have lights up during night you will see them flying towards the light so you can find them easier.
