Fantastic position so clean amazing views. The rooms were beautiful stunning comfortable highly recommend.

Great location close to many restaurants and the beach and walking paths. Loved being able to see views of both the mountains and the ocean from the apartment. The cleanliness was top notch. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Bathrooms were a bit small. Outdoor furniture was rusted (chairs looked unsafe).

Location excellent for our needs central to everything we needed.
Layout of the apartment was really nice, with everything we needed was supplied.
The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble
The only thing was that the ensuite toilet in the main bedroom was awkward to use.

Position
The bed was terrible and staff were only there at short hours if this is a hotel staff should be present all hours. Also so the website was very misleading it advertised one price and after you paid it said the price in US dollars we would not recommend this to any one. No view nothing .

The view was nice. Liked 2 bathrooms. Well stocked. And nice and quiet. A nice quick walk to the beach. Quick access to shops and our function.
The toilet in the ensuite was hard to sit straight on it, if it could turn it’d be more comfortable, regardless of the aesthetics. No a/c outside of rooms.

Washing machine, drier, kitchen facilities, location, pool all good. Enjoyed exploring foxtel. Enjoyed the balcony seats.
There was a bit of grime in the bathroom that needed some love.
A few thoughtful inclusions could be...a tray for under the dish drainer, some clothes pegs, smaller pillows( they were all enormously bulgy) and there were no coat-hangers !!!@@? .... on the whole though, we had a great stay

The glass sliding door to the verandah was exceptionally hard to open. The cream colored couch was quite stained and old looking, it needs replacing.

The beds where horrible. We barely slept and we havent had a holiday in 11 years.. also its so disappointing now rooms are not serviced

The location is spot on walking distance to beach, shops and food retailers and very friendly and obliging staff. Room was very clean, comfortable and balcony provided a great view of ocean and hinterland.

air con wouldn’t work, couldn’t get Wi Fi and fridge leaked. no one mentioned road closer for triathlon so I was stuck in

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff, friendly and helpful.
Parking numbers need to be elevated off the floor. A little map would be helpful to say where you are especially coming out of the car park and finding the lifts
