Breakfast was first rate.
Location was ok. Our first visit to Lisbon so nothing else to compare it with.
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were very satisfied with our visit.
Returning early next month before we head home.

Amazing hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. We even had welcome drinks upon our arrival in the hotel bar and a welcome cake in our room.
The location was central but not the best in town.

style and location. breakfast was wonderful. small rooms but comfy. great reception staff.
the bar/outdoor cafe had awful wine and rude waitstaff. ended up leaving food uneaten and wine undrunk because they were bad and waiter was unaccommodating. better to go across the plaza or up the road to other restaurants. great breakfast though.

Parking was on the street next to the hotel and the receptionist was brilliant at moving the cars around for them to fit ours in. So helpful and friendly.

Location was very bad, the hotel is in a neighborhood full of muslims and indians, the area is not pretty. It is near the center. I don´t recommend this area.

staff beyonf lovely
the deadbolt in our room did not lock. staff could not do anything to fix it. My daughter & I did not feel comfortable. As a result I was up most of the night. This was not a positive experience.

Beautiful building with modern interior design. Rooms are nice and spacious. Very good breakfast. Staffs are amazingly friendly - we didn’t feel quite well one day and they helped us arrange doctor’s visit and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it!

super nice building, nice and friendly service, clean , breakfast great as promised. Well connected to public transport system.
not anything to dislike: just be aware that in front of the main entrance there are two nice bars and it may be somewhat noisy until midnight.

beautiful historic building. contemporary styling and artwork inside. helpful and friendly staff make you feel welcome. the bonus though is their restaurant Infame. definitely worth having dinner there at least once!

The staff was very friendly. The house the hotel is located in is very pretty and the rooms are nice, if the quality of the work isn't considered in detail. The location of the hotel is good as well.
The price (300 € per night) isn't justified by the quality of service and the selection of food. E.g.white wine glasses for the red wine. Every morning the identical breakfast buffet.

It can be seen that the hotel has been rebuild with a lot of efforts to make it comfortable for the guests. The rooms & beds are nice and comfortable. For breakfast you have all you would need. The location is central and easy to approach.
But high light has been the friendly and very dedicated crew make the stay a pleasure. Special thank you to the staff !
The hotel is located between a main street and a public area with (nice) restaurants/bars, so it can be a bit noisy if you have a light sleep.
