Very well equipped hotel, but the New Year's Eve was not worth the money. The atmosphere without music in the Morelli restaurant made the New Year's Eve an extremely ordinary one. And if it is allowed, as a recommendation, the reception of the guests should be accompanied by a little attention, maybe something sweet.

The breakfast is poor, and the restaurants are open for a short time.

Everything was perfect . All or the staff were amazing especially Davide and the service they offered was just nothing I havnt experienced before . It was clean and everything worked . Nothing bad to say!

There was nothing not to like about the property

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, die Strassenbahnhaltestelle zum Dom ist 1 Minute vom Hotel entfernt (ca. 7 Stationen bis zum Dom). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Für ein 5* Hotel war das Frühstück nicht ausreichend. Schlecht fanden wir, dass wir kein Strassenbahnticket zum Dom erhielten (Euro 7 für 24h). In der Schweiz erhält man bei der Buchung eines Hotelzimmers, z.B. im Tessin, ein entsprechendes Gratisticket.

Roof top pool and bar. Gym well equipped. Spacious rooms. Exceptionally helpful staff. Both restaurants excellent.

Location was a bit average although close to tram stop and 5 mins from Metro.

Quite and lovely place

I had the breakfast package, and thought this was good value. Personal service very hospitable and set me up for the day. My room was I thought generous for European. Nice bathroom and clean.

It is far from the center, however you can take 20 tram ride and the tram station is directly next to the hotel ... There is a metro station close by too

Great location for everyone who likes exploring China Town (so many great restaurant and bar options; not only Asian cuisines..) The hotel has a lovely rooftop with great views of the city. Decent breakfast option.

The service at breakfast was terribly slow and several other hotel guests complained. When we mentioned the rather poor service during our stay, the management reimbursed our breakfast without us asking for it. Much appreciated! Also, I wish it was summer. Because the VIU's rooftop sure seems like a lively venue for sunset roof parties.

Hotel is stunning and very cosy. All the staff are so so friendly and lovely. We love Savo and Monica - they were so funny and relaxed, they really made us feel yay home.

Only thing was that breakfast and mini bar seemed really really expensive.
