location not has expected but ok. close to beach. and beach cafe. close to town. security staff on site very pleasant

caravan very tired, double bed uncomfortable. hadnt been cleaned very well but we were offered some money back, likewise with tv, cdnt get to work. security came and fixed, double duvet stained, complained and owner ordered another which arrived next day. poor start to holiday. outside, umbrella broken but left hanging over table, loungers dirty, cdnt use, decking old and faded, covered in leaves needed sweeping off. curtains just left any how.. would not use again unfortunately. didnt expect a caravan infront of it, has photo on booking, com just shows grass infront.

The whole thing was excellent,only problem were the birds on the roof was wery noisy at about 5.30 sometimes earlier. Disturbing our sleep apart from that it was a great holiday thankyou for having us.

Very spacious, comfortable & exceptionally clean. It was a pleasure staying at this caravan. It had great facilities included and I’d happily stay again time & time again.

weather.muddy outside.not muh room in bedrooms.but its a caravan and thats what you get.

Nice sunny deck to sit on. Site well maintained. A few minutes walk to the beach.

A little worn in places and a few owner's personal possessions left visible. Need to provide own linens.

A few small things like chairs wobbly. Slight shower leak and hoover was tired.

Everything was amazing, great location, 10 mins from a wonderful beach. Town was lovely and relaxing

Perfect location near to the beach. Good base to explore Norfolk The caravan has plenty of room and has everything you need for a short stay
