We had wonderful stay, the owners took such care to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From local hotspots and advice, to checking the temperature of the room before we arrived, everything had been thought of - we had a very relaxed night's stay. We will add the Green Man to our recommendations for guests to stay at our wedding in the local area.

Great private rooms with free onsite parking. Small walking distance into Leek. Excellent full English breakfast with butcher quality bacon and sausage.great friendly hosts sharing their local knowledge of the area. Paul is happy to answer any questions.

We found the bed hard ourselves. However this is down to personal preference.

The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The owners were really friendly and messaged me in advance to sort out the check in, as i was arriving after closure of the reception. The breakfast was good quality and in a nice room. The hotel is just a short walk from the town centre which offers some nice pubs and restaurants. A nice place to stay and I will use again if I need to stay in the area.

I would have given an excellent rating but for two small niggles. The shower unfortunately had very little water flow. My bedroom (room 5) backed on to the main road and each passing HGV created enough noise to wake me up.

The B&B was very accomodating to our travel and check in requirements, were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. Very happy with everything and will use them again in a heartbeat :)

Excellent location and very friendly couple running it. I was down for a family wedding and will be coming back. I work away from home a lot and these beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in. Rooms had everything you need.

Only thing i did not like was i could not take the bed away with me haha. Honestly best sleep i have had in years

The room was large with a walk in shower en suite and accessed directly from the courtyard. The owners were really helpful in facilitating our arrangements to get to a wedding midday and issued us a key earlier than check in. Also provided a reliable taxi service number. Breakfast was nicely presented with a good choice including vegetarian.

Price was a bit top end but the premises is in a very short walk into the town so i guess that comes at a price.

The room was very nice, ideal for my son and me, towels supplied and toiletries, tea & Coffee, iron and board, hairdryer too. Hosts very nice helpful and friendly. Didn't have time to visit all the town but what we saw seemed quaint. The taxi service we used for our evening out and return journey from venue, was excellent, recommended by the host. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. Booking . Com is a very easy to use app and contacting the host when needing to message was also easy.

We had an upstairs room, I do have a slight mobility issue but managed ok with assistance from my son, on returning from our night out, the outside metal staircase had fluorescent yellow paint on edges of steps , but it would be far better if the stairs had a few motion sensor lights going up the sides, there is a light at the top but it doesn't light up the stairs. The breakfast room entry has rather steep large steps, maybe a couple of handrails fitted to the sides would be beneficial. The PAT testing of electrical items needs updating, the hairdryer had bare wires showing in the cable and the pat sticker stated last checked 2013. We notified the host who apologised straight away. Traffic noise was loud most of night, but son slept thru!!!

Unusual room yet comfy with usual facilities. Great conversation with the proprietor who hails fom my neck of the woods.

The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely, spacious and clean (we were in Room 1) and provided everything we needed for a nights stay. Breakfast was also excellent (we had the veggie fry up)
