Very clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely and comfortable, beautiful linen. kitchen was well equiped. There was a washing machine but no clothes line.

The lift did not work- we had to lug up four floors two suitcases, the wifi was mediocre (Netflix lagged and we had trouble working on the laptop), the neighbours were incredibly loud (they came home in the middle of the night slamming doors, banging on doors, screaming at someone to let them in at 1am), the walls were very thin (one night at 1am someone woke me as they were vomiting and I could clearly hear it)

Wi-Fi dongle had run out, meaning we could not watch the smart tv. Would benefit from proper Wi-Fi

The apartment was perfect, just like the pictures! The beds were comfy, everything we needed was available for us and it was nice and spacious enough for four women to stay comfortably!

Very convenient for family wedding. Very clean and well equipped and the owner was quick to respond to any queries and quickly tried to rectify any problems.

Sadly our shower temperature control was broken and so the shower was scalding. The owner quickly replied to my query and said we could use another vacant flat. Unfortunately the toilet was broken in that one and so we ended up going between the 2 flats. However the owner was very apologetic and refunded us one night's stay. Sadly the people in a neighbouring flat above us were very noisy and it was disturbing.

Clean and contemporary, all home comforts provided. Fabulous, helpful and flexible host.

The property was in a good location Close to the town centre.

The room with twin beds were a poor quality and uncomfortable. The other bug bear was the TV, it had no signal due to no Ariel connection. That needs to be addressed.

The property was absolutely spotless and everything was the highest spec possible. Loved it and would definitely go back!

Keys available in lock boxes on arrival. An added bonus was the availability of on street parking outside the property. Obviously, it's potluck whether there is a parking space available but there are plenty of alternatives close to the apartments

Took a phone call to Jo to figure out that the instructions provided missed out an additional button to press to open the key lock box for flat 1. Easily fixed. Don't expect good TV reception. Jo explained that aerials are not allowed on the outside of the building. Good WiFi available in flat 1 (ground floor) but I couldn't find the EE router code for flat 7. Hardly a problem though as we were out most of our stay in the two apartments

Great location with on street parking available right outside, if you get there early enough, but loads of parking around Leek anyway. Very safe property as the front door was on a locking system. Even a little outside space which did catch some sunshine for an outside breakfast.

Everything was great, with fairly clear instructions on how to get in, but the key safe was a struggle and it did take sometime to get in, working out all the key safes, etc. Unfortunately we could not get the TV to work at all, but other than that would definitely recommend.

Everything about the apartment was to a very high standard and beautifully finished!

Ideal location for family visit clean tidy perfect for what we wanted cheaper than premier inn

We stayed here as a base to visit Alton Towers Theme Park, which is a 25 minute beautiful rural drive away. The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard, all the beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The private garden area is the perfect bonus for smokers too. The host was extremely quick to respond to requests we sent and was very friendly and accommodating. We would definately stay here again when we next visit Alton Towers.
