Everything was perfect, well organized kitchen with nice coffe mashine. Beds ware confortable, bathroom is large and clean. Near to center and there is a metro and tram stop nearby.

Not enough pillows they were a bit flat. Plug sockets were awkward to get to for charging.

I liked the apartment, the fact that it is located in the center. The apartment also had 2 double beds and a sofa. The apartment had all the necessary towels, soap and shampoo.

I highly recommend! comfortable and tidy apartment, located in the center of Prague. Very close to everything and very nice service!

This apartment was very very clean and beautiful!! it was so comfortable!! Besides we can use wash machine, watch TV, it was only NETFLIX though it’s enough for tourists.

It was difficult to find a place to scan the chip to open the gauge. It would have been better if we could have seen pictures or written directions beforehand.

The host, David, is amazing. He replies to your questions like immediately, in 30 seconds and provides a lot of useful details, let alone will solve any issue you may have. This is so unique and a great example of a brilliant manager. Location is wonderful, the city center is nearby. The apartment is spacious and quiet despite windows facing the street.

Owner is very rude. I paid more than advertised because a mistake of theirs. The 60€ cleaning cost added on top of the room price which needed to be included in the advertised price. When I mentioned this situation, he accepted that it happened before and asked their stuff to fix and it shouldn't happen any more. I asked him to pay me back the excess amount. He refused. I told him I will drop a comment about this on booking.com. Then he started calling me a liar. They are falsely advertising. Be careful not to have a problem with him, otherwise you will be insulted

Clean, great location, comfortable.

A little loud.

I stayed for 3.5 weeks with my mother and 8 month old baby while undertaking a language course nearby. The apartment was furnished in a lovely modern style, with beautiful high ceilings. The apartment was well set up for a baby, with highchair and travel cot (and laundry in the basement) - and a full kitchen inc. oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge & freezer. The apartment was comfortable and inviting to spend time in, which was important with a young baby. The sound-proofing in the apartment was excellent - despite being near a busy road, we heard nothing. It was easy to walk to all of the main attractions (National Museum just around the corner, c. 20 minute walk to the river), plus multiple transport options (tram, metro red and green) were within a 5 minute walk. David was extremely helpful throughout our stay. This was the perfect apartment for an extended stay. I recommend taking a walk through the nearby Riegrovy Sady for great views over the city (and a park if you have children)

The apartment was very lovely and nicely designed. The coffee machine was so fancy as it made coffee from whole beans. Elevator worked nicely but sometimes I took the stairs for exercise as we were on the 3rd floor. David the owner was so hospitable and communicative. We were able to park in the gated courtyard. This is a nice place to park as it is secure however do note that the bigger your car is the more difficult it will be. We had a midsize family van that we managed to get into the courtyard. Let me tell you it was nerve-racking getting in and out. I am very lucky my husband is a skilled driver. There were opportunities where you could scrape the side of your car easily as the passageway to courtyard is narrow. Also getting in the courtyard is very tricky for a first timer but we were able to figure it out. However, don’t make a mistake like we did and go into the wrong parking area. chill apartments is in an excellent location where once you park you can keep your car there the whole time and just travel on foot or tram. we were able to go see many things on foot/walking. that is another thing I really like about this apartment was the location. oh and I forgot to mention the bed was very comfortable!

The parking can cause lots of stress but if you are good at driving in tight spaces you will be OK! 😆

Location and self check in process.

Our room was very different compared to the images on the apartment's page. It was small, dark and noisy. The storage place for clothes was also quite limited for four people. But the worst thing that we had to struggle a lot with, was the water pressure in the shower.

A beautiful and comfortable great place to explore Prague. The place is pet-friendly which is great. I highly recommend it.

We haven't managed to book the parking spot at the property which would be ideal. The parking spots around cost around 25-35 euros per day.
