Not far from the airport, quite appartment, rooftop, pool, beautiful view from 1 bedroom.
Dirty furniture, sofas and chairs, cracked walls with paint pealing off, mould in the kitchen, no soap provided, mouse in the kitchen.

the roofdeck pool is so cool. i like that you also get to see views when you are up there.

The place is clean and comfy. It can easily be located by delivery riders. Tools for cooking are complete.
The caretaker/host arrived at the place 30 minutes before our check-out time. We were not yet finished preparing to go out, some of us were still taking a bath which made us uncomfortable because she was waiting for us inside the room.

The staffs are approachable.
The place are disgusting and dirty especially the shower and the toilet bowl is clogged.

Very nice and comfy place. There are 2 ACs, 1 for the bedroom and another for the living room area both in good working condition. Clean CR. Refrigerator, television, microwave and electric kettle are a big help for our entire 3day stay. Dining utensils are complete for our needs. The kids had fun at the kiddie pool.

Availability of parking slot provided with fee. Security deposit of 2k given in cash upon checkin has been returned right away on the same time as check out thru Gcash.
Will book again when we travel to the area.
Security personnel kept on asking our unit number, our parking slot number and whether we will check out everytime we go out of the unit. The guardpost should have at least a log book of the tenants keeping a record of the car unit and plate, the parking slot, apartment unit number and date of checkout to minimize stopover at the parking entry point.

Poor coordinations between the owner(?) and caretaker as a result, we waited an hour outside the building. No responses received from the caretaker despite of multiple message prior our arrival. I have with me Sr. Citizen and a Child.

I love that the description of the.room we rented are specific. The caretaker and niece and cleaners are the most accomodating to all queries.

And the receptionist is not friendly and very unattentive about our complaints on their rooms and services. Like there is no toiletries, blankets, tissue and other basic essentials. The rooms are dirty and messy. The hotel has very poor sanitation.

They made a mistake and double booked our room for our last night. They were nice enough to find 2 other rooms for us but they were totally unacceptable plus we were all seperated. Had to go and find alternative accomodation.

the location and accessibility to convenience stores. the a/c at the living room was not working also and we had to ask for an electric fan in which, the host provided us right away. We also have to ask for some cookwares as it was not mentioned in the listing that it needs to be requested. The host were very pleasant to be fair.

I like the room. Very comfy and spacious. I like the hot n cold shower . I miss the view on top. Its a nice place.. surely will come back and stay there again. Esp. in room 711

only two bedding sets for 4 person - the owner didn't solve this problem during our staying
apartament is localized rather in Passat than in Makati - dangerous neighborhood

Everything was almost excellent.
Caretaker not so responsive, but maybe she was also busy. Security deposit of Php 2000.00 was not advised, but I'm glad we had spare cash at the time.

Spaciousness. Can fit 5-6 pax. Even the bedroom is spacious.
The place needs a LOT of cleaning. Curtain in the bedroom has smudges; bathroom was not clean. Sofa bed in the living room has tons of stains. It could have bed bugs. Microwave has an unpleasantness odor. The place needs a lot of cleaning.

I was very disappointed with this booking. The website photos have a false impression of what we booked

The location was fab! My Mom and the kids stayed here for my nephew's birthday. The place was clean and exactly what was advertised. Perfect stay for a day or 2. It's worth what we have paid for.
No or limited windows, so you will kinda feel isolated. You have to pay to use the pool, we stayed to other airbnb units before, which had pool but we did not get charged for it.

Disappointed to find no drinking water in the room on arrival
Not even a small bar of soap in the bathroom. Had to go shopping for water and soap after arriving from the airport.

we like the spacious rooms and living room. The dining area is also okay but we noticed the worn out leather or upholstery of the dining chairs. Other than that all furnitures were ok.

The area itself is very homey as it is a building within a compound/complex and most of the neighbours are permanent residents who enjoy taking walks outside. If you are not a pet person (especially dogs) then this would not be a place for you, though we did not mind them ourselves.
Difficulty in getting transport to reach the place. You truly need Grab / Taxi to get here.
