I love the location everything Is around ( airport , Town, bus stop…) and it’s Clean and comfortable.

Access to the community of travelers is unparalleled at other places. There is a common kitchen where food may be stored and cooked. The hostel is located close to the old part of Broome. The staff are wonderful. There is a balcony for relaxing.
The AC in the room was barely functioning and it was stifling. The common bathrooms are basic.

Pool, layout space, furniture are all adequate. well equipped kitchen. Curfew hours, TV screen, bar, etc.
Bunk beds are cheap metallic, squeaky and shaky. Not good!
Please provide adequate quantity of breakfast food. Mostly gone by 8.30am.
Provide more pots and pans. There is an acute shortage.

Not much really but it was very clean
Noise all night, louvres broken so couldn't shut window, it wouldn't be hard to have some snack foods for people arriving late afternoon who have been travelling all day eg noodle cups which can be kept easily.

Excellent location, beyond fantastic staff, clean, comfortable, secure and feels like a resort!
Nothing to complain about, keep up the great job!

Free parking was convenient, room was comfortable, kitchen was great and staff were lovely!

unfortunately when I arrived I put my washing out on the washing line and I lost 2 pair of shorts. Not the Hostel’s fault of course but disappointing as I was travelling light

The pool was ok.
Free Breakfast? well a few different cereals coffee tea bread and butter and some jam, milk we had to wait until reception opened! It is a hostel!! The rooms were reasonable clean with 2 bed which were ok. Aircon and a fan. Bedside table and a commode. But know we’re to hang anything except the curtain rod???

Double room with aircon was really good.
Shared fridges were complete chaos. Breakfast food was a bit hit and miss. Very little assistance or information regarding breakfast.
