Enjoyed the comfort of the room, the meals from restaurants, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Also very happy to have transport to the airport on departure. Thank you.

The drinks area was filthy Lounges could do with a makeover, the pools were average we stayed at the continental earlier and it was much nicer and better value for money. No one was placing the noise we had the noisiest people right next to us swearing all night long

There's pods and a nespresso machine but no milk frother or no microwave to warm up milk for a pod coffee defeats the purpose of having a pod coffee

Room had a great view and was very nice. The spa bath was very relaxing and soothing. The large bed was very comfy.

The curtains didn't close all the way and you could see into our room. other than that, it was perfectly fine.

The rooms are spacious and clean and great value. View is great from the rear garden area.

Location is one of the best in town! The facilities are great! Ocean views, pool, beautiful gardens and great options for dining! There’s not much you won’t find here!

When checking out, the only reception staff was on the phone, which is fine, I was happy to wait, had she have acknowledged that I was even standing there… for a good couple of mins before I had to leave. I just left the room key on the counter, and she didn’t even look at me then??
