Breakfast was just first class. The location - great view of the sea but high up the windy hill.

Doesn’t have en-suite. A young dog that’s out of control & randomly collects clothing from your room. A car is a must as it’s situated very high up from town/restaurants

Fantastic view's of St Clair and the beach. Lovely breakfast, fresh fruit and lot's of variety.

We spent 4 beautiful days in Dunedin. Don and Peiriena are thoughtful hosts. They generously shared their apartment with us and gave us the benefit of their knowledge of the region. A big impression on us made the large offer for the continental breakfast, but also the bay-overlooking-view out of our up-graded room: At night, we could stargaze directly out of our bed, and on our second night, we even saw an Aurora Australis!

Very nice hosts (and dog), excellent facilities and beautiful breakfasts, wonderful views too. Very comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about

Wonderful B&B with very nice hosts and a cute and very charming little dog :). Breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!!
