Tolle , moderne Einrichtung und super zentrale Lage
Leider fährt die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür und auch nachts ist es sehr laut auf der Straße, da sich direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ein Döner laden befindet. Die Kirche in der Nähe ist ebenfalls sehr laut

Die Lage und das Ambiente der Wohnung waren toll.
Es gab geschmackvolle Möbel, einen sehr interessanten Wohnungsgrundschnitt und es war verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, den man gerne ganz für sich privat erleben möchte genau das Richtige!
Das Doppelbett hatte eine bequeme Matratze und der Wohn/Schlafraum im unteren Teil der Wohnung eine sehr angenehme Größe!
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten mal wieder überholt werden...z.B. wäre es gut, wenn sich die Fenster richtig schließen ließen, damit die Geräusche vom darunter liegenden Lokal nicht so deutlich zu hören wären (bis 5,30 Uhr war dort Betrieb). Und wenn es erst Winter wird, zieht es durch die Fenster sicher stark herein.
Die Toilette bedürfte einer tiefergehenden Reinigung..
Einige
Möbel- und Arbeitsoberflächen müssten mal wieder frisch geölt und behandelt werden, um nicht ungepflegt zu wirken. Insgesamt wäre noch etwas genauere Pflege des gesamten Apartments für nachfolgende Gäste angenehm..inklusive des Eingangsbereiches.
Um den Fernseher bedienen zu können, wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung hilfreich, da man es nicht schafft, auf das TV-Programm zuzugreifen.
Aber insgesamt ist es wirklich zu empfehlen, auch wenn der Preis etwas höher angelegt ist.

Cosy and well furnished apartment. Smooth check-in even after hours.
It is on a busy street with trams going and a lot of people partying all night, a lot of noise in general - which made it impossible to sleep.

Very good location and very spacious
I had hoped that there might be some coffee or tea available as we arrived at the property quite late

The location was perfect, nice surroundings, very close to quite a few attractions.
The apartment was located on the last floor.
So it was quite hot there.
Opening the window will immediately bring smell and noises from the place serving kebabs on the ground floor. So not the best choice for anyone needing quiteness for sleeping.

We liked the location and the comfort of the apartment. It's rather spacious because it's got 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It was not easy to get the key, perhaps it was a day off. Also, we had a kind of quiz to get in because thd key didn't match the lock.

Perfect location to explore the city centre of Potsdam by walk. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped and well-designed apartments.

The location was really good, several small and cozy cafes and restaurants around the area. The tram stop is also directly in front of our doorstep. However, if you are sensitive to sound and light, it could be a little annoying.
There is no elevator, so do be aware of this when travelling with young children with buggys or heavy luggage.
All in all, good. p/s: The kebab shop downstairs is a very popular one, with many locals. Delicious!

Modern decor, enjoyed the location and morning coffee from the cafeteria. We had great breakfast using local food that we bought at the market on the nearby square.

weirdly dirty walls? the whole look and feel of the apartment was rather cheap and didn’t meet what I expected for the money I paid and certainly didn’t meet ”design“.
The styropor plant took me over the edge. Location was great to explore the city, however right across from a pub/ club. Therefore zero sleep.

After asking several times and pointing out the inacceptable situation (no washing maschine, no oven, no radio, et al) we received a 30% refunding for the complications.
The booked apartement in Friedrich Ebert Str in the inner center was not available and we had to move to the Weinbergstrasse, which is at the northern entrance of SansSouci...not really city center if you walk with two kids.
