The room was spacious and spotless Location was fabulous. It was tranquil with a beautiful garden yet close to the S bahn and within walking distance to cafes etc The staff was very helpful and we were able to rent bikes on site for a very reasonable rate to visit the beautiful castles of Potsdam Would highly recommend

Beautiful room, warm and comfortable in a very quiet location.

It was difficult to find anyone at Reception, but there was a phone number to contact staff if necessary so this wasn’t really a problem.

The kitchen area is too small

The location was excellent, in a quiet street with free parking yet very close to the Potsdam Babelsberg station, restaurants and shops. The room itself was very spacious with a view into the hotel’s garden.

There wasn’t anything we particularly didn’t like but the breakfast (EUR 12 pp) wasn’t really worth it, especially because there are many bakeries right around the corner.

We enjoyed Fritz Aparthotel, we came back for a second stay! The location is great -- on a quiet street but very close to the Babelsburg train stop, close to grocery store, restaurants and bakeries. Staff is friendly and helpful!
