Vom Buchen, über den Aufenthalt an sich bis zum Auschecken einfach total super. Wir haben selten so bequem woanders geschlafen. Das Appartement war toll ausgestattet, sehr hundefreundlich. Die Lage fast direkt an der Havel ein Traum. Trotz zentrumsnaher Lage sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Potsdam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Check in und out haben problemlos funktioniert. Das Zimmer war freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Mit dem Rad waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.

Eine Liste mit den vorhandenen (wählbaren) Fernsehsendern wäre toll gewesen.

Room should have been cleaned everyday and changing of towels; if they can’t provide then it miser state some where during the booking so that a person comes prepared

The location is quite good,in quiet neighbourhood .The instruction how to get to our room was sent before arrival to us by text message (sms).so we had contactless check in.The room was clean,there was a small fridge ,very convenient.There was drink coffee, tea and snacks vending machine in basement.There was two washing machines,2 driers and iron with ironing board in the basement free of charge.There were only 4 car parking places free of charge on site.There are more rooms then car parking places.

Self service guesthouse located in the residential neighborhood - about 20 minute walk to town. Room was simple, but clean, vending and washing machines in the basement.

Tiny shower and only 4 parking spaces.

Very cosy and silent place what is rare for the city environment, comfortable and in good location for relaxing.

Room cleaning was our problem but with help of staff we managed. Parking also is too limited but also it is solvable.
