Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat alles möglich gemacht. Schon im Vorfeld in der Kommunikation über den Chat ging alles schnell und immer gastorientiert. Das Essen ist hervorragend! Haben auch schon wieder gebucht ☺️

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage für das Skigebiet Sudelfeld ( 11 min Auto).
Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das ältere Haupthaus. Es gibt noch ein neues Nebenhaus mit modernerer Ausstattung.
Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß auch für ein Kind auf Schlafsofa und gut ausgestattet. Kleiner Kinderspielplatz wurde gerne angenommen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, Alles da was man braucht, jedoch nicht üppig z.B. Frischer Obstsalat, aber kein einzelnes Obst zur Auswahl. Sehr schönes Restaurant mit toller Aussicht. Abendessen war exzellent, mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Der Saunabereich (2 x Sauna + Dampfbad+ Infrarotkabinen) ist wunderschön und super entspannend, leider im Nebenhaus man muss Personal um Eintritt bitten
Im Haupthaus würden wir nicht nochmal buchen, für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hellhörig.
Matratzen zu weich.
Bäder etwas alt und es war ab und zu Abwassergeruch vorhanden.
WLAN Empfang 1. OG sehr schwankend und im Restaurant oft keine Verbindung. Im ganzen Hotel über O2 kein 4G/5G Internet-Mobilfunk Empfang

Durch das frühe Einchecken kann man vom Wandern kommen und gleich zum Langlaufen gehen. Frühstück wie immer sehr gut und reichlich.

The room is big, cozy and clean. We got a room with a balcony with magnificent view. The beds are comfy. Employees are great, they were happy to fulfill some additional requests we had during breakfast. The hotel restaurant/kitchen offers great local food for lunch/dinner.
The shower cabin in the room was pretty small.

The room was not heated at all. November in mountains is already very cold nights. Slow wi-fi.

property is well managed, staff are very attentive despite they are very busy. rooms are clean yet typical German style ( not modern) but it was very comfortable
I can’t stress more on how staff was attentive and tried to help to any inquiry
it is surrounded by so many trekking routes
restaurant is a must try! especially on fridays they bring fresh trout and it finishes by 7 pm! I missed it but I was told it is one of the best.

The flies when we are eating (morning, afternoon and evening), because the windows were open and we are close to farm land

Very helpful friendly staff, thoughtful touches in the room, even thought everyone was mostly german only, no english, but we managed to understand each other. Very good breakfast, beautiful bavarian countryside views, very relaxing!

the breakfast was very nice and fresh, a good variety to choose, and staff are very friendly. The dinner was excellent in regards of quality and friendly staff.
the English menu was not up to date, but it is not a really big deal, since we have a basic German skill to read through the German menu.

Great location for hiking, winter sports. Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, good food.
Room getting a little tired, could do with some renovation. The rooms in the new part of the hotel where we stayed in Summer are a good benchmark.
