The dj choices of music were not that good wich made the soirées boring for most of the attendees.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to Medina. Buffet restaurant with good selection vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Big and very clean room. Perfect Moroccan tea. Nice SPA with reasonable price for the treatment.

Almost everything was perfect. The view from our room can be a little better however we spent most of the time out visiting Medina and other places. Sometimes the buffet restaurant was very crowded when too many people decided to eat at the same time.

I appreciate the varied activities to do whilst at the pool. The local tour operator was great and super helpful and the staff in the hotel store were lovely.

The room I was given smelt due to the drainage so I requested a new room. The new room I thought was better but when I went to shower the drain was blocked and the water ended up all over the bathroom. There was also a horrible smell from the drain in the shower every time it was cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on so used a pillow so I wouldn’t sink into the bed. The fridge didn’t always work. When I arrived nobody gave me a tour of the hotel I had to request it which to me didn’t make sense as I would expect them to show me everything. Some of the staff were friendly but some weren’t as friendly and a bit moody for a 5 star hotel the service wasn’t always great and quick enough. All inclusive - the cocktails were watered down so I didn’t drink them. The variety of food in the morning didn’t have many options for someone who doesn’t eat red meat, pork or much dairy.

location far from city. stuff very poor English, NOT FRIENDLY! Tab in the room not working, pool very could water, not heated in April.... Badly equipped fitness room. Maschiness not working, small and uncomfortable for such a big hotel.

Nice room, which was clean and a good size. The barstaff were friendly and polite.

Instant coffee at breakfast was not adequate given the cost of this resort. The check-in experience was lacklustre, with the staff a little arrogant and nonchalant.

The staff were so genuinely interested in their guests. No detail was too small. What a fantastic team !

Breakfast variety should be better for 5* hotel. Drinks were of cheap quality for "all-inclusive" hotel. Bars need serious improvement. Staff should be more polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at the BeLive Collection Marrakech. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Free shuttle bus for the city center is provided. Thank you! Will recommend to who intend to visit Marrakech!

The hotel is very clean, the suite room was great. Shuttle was very convenient and easy.

We were disappointed that there were no moroccan features to the hotel, it very much felt like a western hotel in the middle of the desert (which may be some people’s choice). Our first room was on the ground floor close to the karaoke bar, the outside chairs were basically in the carpark and it was very noisy. The only option was to upgrade to the suite which we ended up doing. The karaoke bar was extremely loud, there was nowhere outside to sit away from this noise. It’s very far from the centre (30 mins by car), the free shuttle is excellent but we hadn’t realised it was so far away (our fault for not enough research!) the food was hit and miss, a couple of delicious dishes but sometimes not very much (again may be personal choice). Small thing but the wristbands were extremely uncomfortable! We wouldn’t stay here again if we returned but it may be a good choice for some people. I would avoid if you are keen to get a traditional and peaceful experience away from western karaoke bars!

Great pool areas, big rooms and activities (table tennis, sports bar, archery). Very clean facilities

Buffet was really disappointing, same bland food every day. Front desk staff extremely rude & passive aggresive, clearly resent the tourists staying in the resort which is disappointing.

as it is all inclusive it should have all the facilities in the room,like sleepers and ropes and extra shampoo as it was double room.

For a 5 star hotel, variety of food, staff customer service in the restaurant need improvement. When requesting for tea especially, everything should be brought to the table together. Hot water pot, teabags, milk, teaspoon & cup & saucer. Not bringing things separately & having to chase the staff member. Also, loose teabags can be presented in a better way, preferably individually wrapped teabags for hygiene purposes, not just dumped on a saucer. Mini bar fridge in room was empty Presentation & quality of cocktails/Mocktails in the bar by the pool was disappointing, the drinks tasted watered down & artificial, especially the Mocktails. Food presentation & quality by the pool bar was also very disappointing . Food was underwhelming and sometimes over cooked.

Pools and gardens. Rooms are a good size. All inclusive. Restaurant staff friendly and efficient.

Smelly drainage and a leaky toilet in my room. I also found a cockroach in my room. Bedlinen not changed regularly. Front desk and Customer Relations team poor. Spa - lovely staff, but massage beds aren’t flat so I was worried it would hurt my back. A la carte restaurant good. Main restaurant food very average.

Friendly staff, nice settings around pools. All inclusive drinks had a good selection. Morrocan restaurant was lovely. Room good size and well maintained/cleaned. Spa offered nice treatments.

Buffet restaurant food a little repetitive and one evening we couldn't get a table but overall pleasant.

The property was clean, the food was yummy, the staff were excellent. The Dj, night entertainment and the African band that came to entertain were all amazing.
