Location was fantastic. Amazing views of the harbour. So easy to get to and from the city on the ferry from Milsons Point wharf via short walk back to apartment. Area very safe. Would 100% stay again.

Taps and heating were very old so they didn’t regulate very well. Either too hot or too cold.

Perfect view Basic facilities included. Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer were a bonus for me 😊

Dirty towels from previous patrons were still in the bathroom (they were all in the washing machine, and I had to remove them so I could use the washing machine. They stunk, and we had to put up with the smell for 3 nights. Cracked water jar (lucky i saw it in time before drinking the water) Broken sofa bed Broken hair-dryer and no replacement hair-dryer in the drawers (as per signage) A fan in the bathroom would have been good

The location is fabulous. Just a 5min ferry to the harbour where everything is but it is so quiet where the apartment is. Would definitely recommend going for a balcony / harbour view - from sunrise to sunset it is an incredible spot to see Sydney from. It is also incredibly safe.

Lovely view into Lavender Bay and (from the balcony) to the Harbour Bridge. Only 2 minutes walk to the trains and 5 minutes walk to the Harbour Bridge. Comfortable apartment, with good facilities, including a microwave and washer/dryer. Reception lady was very helpful,

Wi-fi Internet was intermittent and very slow. The bathroom door locked itself and we had to manually unlock it (from the outside), so to avoid this repeating we were reluctant to close the bathroom door, Shower was very powerful - to the extent that it separated the head from the pipe! If this had been a long stay, the lack of an oven could have been a problem, but we were only staying for a week, so it did not matter.

Well ..we had a party going in a room above us around 2-3am. This noise fest ended with sex noises (!!!) Until very early. Great, no sleep. Luck of the draw I suppose, but perhaps the managers could enforce a no party policy. Note..there are no managers present at night in this apartment tower .

OMG the view is spectacular!! the Apartment was spacious and balcony was a great bonus.

Unfortunately the apartment was very tired and cleanliness not up to scratch. They could afford to upgrade the bed linen which was tatty (clean though) and valance had stains. cleaning the fridge shelves down wouldn't go astray either.

Location is relative, but only being minutes away from Milsons Point Station , it provided easy access to the transport network. The internet connection was strong and stable to complete work related stuff in addition to the normal social media. Some great restaurants within walking distance, a metro Woolies and an IGA...though expect a more limited range and less competitive prices at both of these. There is a large convenience store next door but no item is priced. You have to ask for every single price at the register so no opportunity to really compare. Needless to say we didn't give them any custom. The bed was super comfortable and the couch wasn't too bad. We arrived and left on a weekend outside office hours. Communications prior to arrival were excellent with someone there to meet us on arrival. The pool area on the second floor was good. This would probably be more of an indication of the higher standard that many of the other renovated apartments would have. The foyer on arrival looks impressive. For a short stay as a base it was ok. Would I want to live in it...no.

The property is rated as 4 ztar. You have to understand that these apartments are individually owned so the ratings for each apartment may differ. Ours would just stretch to 3 star at most. On arrival the room was hot and stuffy. There was no reverse style air conditioner, just an internal ducted system. It took 24 hours on setting 3 (max) to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level. We had to keep this setting on all week. We were fortunate that our room had a washing machine and dryer, albeit in between the bathroom and wardrobe just sitting on the carpet All of the property photos show a modern low rise building. A bit deceiving as that contains offices, shops etc. The actual apartments are in a tower block behind. I have included an actual photo of a better indication.
