I like almost everything.. It's near the market, many food chains and shopmart..
you won't be able to see the Taal Lake View in the balcony, just the sorrounding city and streets.. if you want to see the view, you have to go to the Roof Deck, but our experience was awful there because of the foggy area and the feeling taste of sand in your mouth... i began coughing as soon as we get to the Roof Deck so we didn't take too long... Also, it's too far from tagaytay attractions and "Pasyalan"

The room is spacious. We got 2 beds and a pull-out couch, more than we needed. We had kitchen utensils and a microwave and a refrigerator which was really nice. I also liked the city view. The lake view is only partial from the terrace but the rooftop gives you a nice 360-degree view of Tagaytay. I appreciate the security especially for parking. There's fast internet connection. Most of all, the caretaker was really nice and friendly.
The parking now costs 50 per entry instead of for the whole stay. Would have been more accommodating at a daily price, but I suppose the unit owners don't have a say in that.

The Building Guard was so Rude. He woke us up early morning just to tell us we did park at the wrong parking slot when there's a lot of vacant parking space. We felt really humiliated by the way they treated us. I even complained to the Host but he himself is not helping us rather arrogant and not so accommodating. We had a bad stay in this unit. Not worth to recommend with tourist. Such a waste of our money to spend in this kind of accommodation who don't treat guest accordingly.

I like everything, the cleanliness of the room, the ambiance of the place, its accessibility to major establishments and most specially the attitide of the owner of the unit. So, overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kudos to Mr. William Dimapilis 👌🏻👍

The only thing that didnt meet my expectation is the Pool / Pool area, its crowded as expected coz its small and its weekend . But overall, the place was clean and big plus the host was nice 👍😊

Sir William is kind and accommodating. The place is so clean. My family loves the place. We will probably stay there again someday...

Very comfortable and everything is clean and complete. William was even kind enough to let us borrow an electric stove and other necessary cooking tools so we can cook during our stay.
Wifi is strong, we sometimes netflix all day bec the bed is soft and comfy
-The pool was very disappointing and this is City Land's fault for false advertising. It does not look like what was posted on the photos. It was too small and can only fit 8-10 people. Pool is not available on Mon and Thurs. 7am-10pm only.
-The pool is located next to the lobby for registration, there was no privacy. They could have put stickers on the glass. Imagine swimming while new people are coming in, sitting around, looking at you while they wait. You are their view hahaha
-Fora mall is empty as heck hahaha. There was nothing to see, nothing interesting
