Its near the food places we like to go when we are in Tagaytay

very slow service, noise from outside made sleep impossible if your room faced the slum next door

Cleanliness and location

Customer service thru messaging apps takes to confirm honesty I did not check in bcoz I was not sure what date to check in bcoz their reply was not clear. In other words, I paid for nothing

The rooms and the hotel is modern and clean.

The check in process was excessive for a one night stay. They needed everyone to sign forms, present vaccination cards and proof of identity. It was all a bit frantic and felt excessive. I would say only the main booking person would be required to do all the paperwork as opposed to all 6 of my team.

Good location and close to Flora mall and Ayala mall.

The toilet is small and has some foul smell.

Reasonable room rates, clean room, accessible mall (Fora Mall) immediately behind the hotel, Ayala Serin accessible by foot a little further. the hotel is not along the main road, and the immediate vicinity is not very busy with cars and foot traffic. It was rainy when we stayed there and the hotel provided umbrellas to borrow.

The door for our room as difficult to open …we had to put our force and weight to open it. The hotel also currently does not offer a restaurant/breakfast service/cafe due to the pandemic. We were not offered assistance with our luggage.

The hotel was nice, the room was so cold and the beddings was really soft, nice bathroom

Good points: - easy check-in - nice swimming pool; lifeguard is always present - friendly and helpful staff (request granted for extra pillows; they helped us move our things when we transferred rooms) - water dispenser is available on our floor - these are available in the twin and suite room: kettle, mini-ref, mugs, drinking glasses, plastic water tumbler maybe 1L in size - Grab/Foodpanda is allowed - close to the Fora Mall

Okay but can still be improved: - 101% cleanliness - clothesline inside the bathroom would be great (for wet swimwear) or a hook for the towels (in the suite room)

Just the timing when we were there, a strong typhoon (Paeng) made us stay a lit in the hotel room rather than stroll in Tagaytay or swim in the pool When we arrived, it was raining hard, and the parking lot was full, it was hard to get off the car with my child and our things. My husband stayed in the car for an hour just to find a parking slot for our car. No lake view (but this is already expected) No onsite cage or restaurant. Internet was intermittent We availed of the anniversary package, we have wine, but they have no wine glass available. So we celebrated using normal water glass.

Staff especially the guards Wifi in the room

Noisy (as hotel opposite to the mall and people hang around outside til late) Bathroom too small. You have to open the door, open the shower door, step in then shut the door so u can sit on the toilet, really tight even for a small person like me Restaurant under renovation and no word from the property until the day we checked in despite paying them well ahead of time (no alternatives/recommendations offered to us despite us not familiar with the area). Big hassle for us coz we were there on a business trip and we don't have time to look for other restaurants early in the morning. The worst part was that we got caught in a big storm and food deliveries were not even possible. Lucky we still have biscuits in our luggage coz the hotel only provided us coffee set sachets (2 of each but better than nothing I guess). So despite the heavy rains and strong winds, we were so desperate to get out of the hotel. Not the right place to get stuck into. Surely it's just miscommunication but then as they say "you're angry when you're hungry" Smelly linen like they've been forced dry in the machine (no fabric softener or has been sanitised smell) The blinds. Room good for two, but only one chair provided (extra as per request) Slippers as per request but doesn't fit big feet (better provide bigger or free size slippers rather than small ones coz it'll just be unusable and wasted plus surely we all know that we all have different shoe sizes) Lobby area not comfortable if you're waiting for your pick up

The location is at the center of Tagaytay area. Lots of parking areas. Friendly staff.

The exhaust in the bathroom was too loud. It’ll be great if each room has a robe.
