I like the smooth check in even we booked it on the spot

The place is accesible to tourist area.

i eat our breakfast outside the property..we just only sleep the while night and going outside to visit the tourist spot there in tagaytay.

The location is very easy to locate, but there are 7 buildings in the location, so i advice to ask the securities for which one is the exact building, the parking lot is a bit far (10minswalk), but stil manageable.

The place was clean, no doubt. The hot shower is working fine. There's microwave to heat left over food. And also electric kettle to heat water.

It could have been better if there was at least a small cabinet to hang some clothes. Moreover, the unit that we stayed at you can hear a loud banging noise 24/7. It might be the elevator. I had a hard time trying to sleep as the banging sound seemed like you're in a horror movie. Please be reminded that Cool Suites is situated at back of SMDC Wind Residences, further down. No Taal view. The parking slots are also very far, fyi.

Parking area was too far from the unit.
