Rooms are definitely small

it’s very convenient for transit passengers. very helpful staff. extremely clean and well maintained room. we had room with view - nicely insulated, no noise at all.

for two people room is super small. toilet should be more private than is at this moment - clouds on glass looks nice but is not giving any privacy. very pricey considering offer (being in transit area is definitely an asset)

Excellent location at Gate Z25 (Terminal 1) and easily accessible via Skyline train from zones A, B and C (Terminal 1) and also D and E (Terminal 2). Expect to receive a warm welcome from friendly staff who all speak English. Rooms are clean and comfortable and include showers. The perfect solution for anyone needing to catch some sleep while in transit before connecting to another flight (after a long haul flight the night before). Especially useful for those who have to work immediately after long flights with several hours in transit.

The price was too high

Breakfast? The could have let us know we had to go up a lift...i waited 1.5hrs at the airport terminal
