Oven/grill we're dirty, shower holder needs fixing, tv kept pixilating and the water was tepid when we ran a bath

Loved the cosy and warm apartment we were very comfortable.

The TV channels didnt work very well but I guess that was maybe due to the weather

Lovely place. Probably a 20-minute walk from the centre. Great Indian restaurant round the corner.

Make sure you don't arrive at the same time as the football crowd as very near the stadium!

My second time staying at 16 Lower Clarence Road . It’s a great flat in a great location! Clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped . Short walk to train ,bus stop , supermarket and restaurants. The host Nathan is always readily available if needed. This is my go to whenever I go to Norwich.

Everything about the place and the host was so really very good.. The arrangement, the design, the goodies, the attention etc. Wont hesitate to recommend to anyone and will rebook whenever we visit.

Nothing much. Only the sound of the train nearby was a bit loud as expected but didnt disrupt our sleep at all.

Lovely loft apartment with very good facilities. Goid location, abt 10mins walk from centre and parking included. All good.

Not sure you can do anything about this, but awkward to get through door at bottom of loft steps, especially when carrying luggage. My personal preference is for a firmer bed, but am sure plenty of people like it softer.

The location was excellent, spacious apartment and very well equipped. Good value for money.

This property is advertised as an apartment. It is not. It is one of three flats in a converted and shabby terrace house. The photos looked to be cherry picked from all three flats and bear no resemblance to the flat I stayed in. The property is misrepresented. Don’t book it. I have made a complaint to booking.com but they are not interested and only gave me an email address that did not work to formalise my complaint. The owner was not interested.

A nice spacious first floor flat with excellent facilities. Very handy for the train station and the city on foot.

Not a complaint, but nothing scenic about the location! However, you don’t have to walk far for all the nice bits of Norwich.

Great location for train station, local amenities and city centre. Layout of the flat is very good with more than enough space for a family and super soft towels!

Good location within walking distance to the city centre, bus station and shops. Close access to train station. Free parking was available. Clean, homely, open apartment with a very comfy bed. All kitchen utensils and facilities. Home from home. Will definitely be returning.

Not a dislike as not a major issue as was out every day but WiFi stopped working near the end of our stay.

Very cosy apartment (we had the one on the rooftop). Beautiful evening view with all the city lights. 3 min walk to the train station so you’re nearly in the heart of Norwich. Felt very homely.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the railway station. The apartment is light and airy, particularly the living room with its full length windows. It has been very thoughtfully furnished and equipped and we had a very comfortable stay. i look forward to coming back!

The shower would be better with greater water pressure and a longer hose.

I loved how clean everything was and that I had everything I needed for my stay. Lovely and warm, hot water, comfy bed, Netflix.....fantastic.

The area is a little isolated, I wouldn't be comfortable walking back alone in the dark.
