Comfortable apartment with minimal cooking facilities if required. Rooms aren't huge, but are well designed.
Running out of toilet paper, because they only gave a partial roll. Always supply a spare.

Newly furnished, clean and practical apartment in a central part of Kos City, yet, a little bit off the tourist main path. We got the key from a key box, yet, the host was available on WhatsApp to help with transport to the airport, which we appreciated as Kos taxi companies did not reply to phone calls. The small kitchenette is practically equipped and a little starter pack provided at arrival (water, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil).
We found the mattresses uncomfortable and the shower weak. We stayed only for one night, but would find this disturbing for a longer stay.

This is just a perfect apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable with large bathroom. Kitchen is new and stocked well with appliances. It has a moveable mosquito net on the balcony door, so you can keep the balcony door open without worrying the bugs will come in. The apartment was always cool, and only once we had to turn on the AC.
We loved the location, it is close to everything but still a bit separated from the crowds and the noise. It is located near a small town square with few quiet coffee places and bakeries which usually locals visit.
Only thing we didn't like is that balcony of our apartment is separated from another balcony by some really small separator, an upgrade in this section would be perfect.

The location was excellent, also the photos don't do the room justice.
It was spacious, expertly renovated with amenities that exceeded our expectations. The beds were waaay to comfy we couldn't believe it.

Great location, in the center of Kos Town and with coffee shops, restaurants and bars walking distance.
Staff very friendly. We had an issue with the cooker and the staff member was extremely helpful and replaced it straight away.

we stayed a couple of times at different rooms with different layout. All rooms have their unique touch and view of the city. excellent location; just in the middle of the center, next to shops, cafes, restaurants. it was like a boutique hotel,clean,contemporary design, kitchen has all the equipment for preparing meals. on top; complimentary parfume in every room.

Very convenient location, at the center of the town. Mini markets, restaurants, cafes next to the property. Easy access on foot to all sightseeings in town of Kos. Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. We would recommend it!

Nice location; lovely bathroom.
Hot water wasn’t even enough for one person to have a shower before it ran out. Even after half an hour wait, it was still not warm enough. We had to take out rubbish, including from toilet, down the street, but no bags were provided to replace the ones taken out.

• Excellent location at the hart of kos town, yet pleasant and quiet.
• Simple and practical interior. We were 3 and felt cosy and comfortable.
• responsive host, was available to all our queries.
Water pressure in the shower was unusually low.

The apartment had absolutely everything - very thoughtfully prepared. It was roomy, had a wonderful balcony overlooking a pretty square and it was very comfortable. The location was perfect and it was easy to find.
It was excellent value for money.
I appreciated that someone came to see me personally to apologise about the building noise which was a bit annoying. And thank you for the small gift.

Location was perfect. In the center of the town, with lost of restaurants and coffee shops around. All the archaeological places were walking distance.
The apartment was very clean and with everything you need (A/C, kettle, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, teas and coffees) and everything you need to cook if you would like to stay in, some evenings.

Great apartment with everything we needed. We were only there one night passing through, but if you're looking for something longer (and quieter) in Kos town I would highly recommend.
