The very welcoming atmosphere, created by the sophisticated and charming owner Esmeralda. Our room was clean and comfortable and decorated with her own paintings, which gave it an artistic touch. She served a nice dinner on the restaurant terrace under an overhanging old Bougainville. All together made it a worthwhile experience.

Very convenient location in a small village outside of Lisbon. Easy access to the airport, room was comfortable and spacious, and the village had a fun pizza parlor for a nice dinner (and there's a restaurant right at the hotel too).

Our only knock is for the room layout, with the bathroom only minimally cordoned off from the bedroom. Not sure if this is the same for all the rooms, and wasn't a huge deal, but some may find it off-putting.

Th room is clean and modern. The Check in was quick and efficient. The location is convenient.

The description of this property does not reflect the reality and needs to be changed. The double bed was 140x180, which made for very uncomfortable sleeping for two. The bathroom, including toilets, is completely opened to the bedroom, only separated by a glass partition, providing no privacy at all. In order to use the toilet, one of us had to leave the room to provide privacy. The patio was in fact the car park ànd main entrance for the restaurant and guesthouse. The place was noisy due to constant movement of cars, both from guests and staff. The garden view was in fact the view of vehicles. The patio furniture was a rusty old bench. The fridge was possibly the smallest existing on the market, and was standing on the floor, which made it very difficult to use. The tea and coffee facilities only provided tea. And there was no block out curtain. The description provides for a guest lounge which did not exist. They do not serve breakfast, but we were proposed to have breakfast in a box (for a price) which we declined. When we tried to express our disappointment to our host, she declined all responsibility, saying that the description had been written by Booking.com. she was quite haughty and defensive , and didn't try to offer any solution to our complaints. We feel that we were being scammed, and will not recommend, nor come back to this place.

Easy check in and out. Convenient for the airport and free parking on site. A couple of local restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfy
