Location and price
A lot of creaking on the upper floor hallway and bedrooms. Can be heard from the ground floor. Tv remotes missing. Had to use physical buttons on the tv.

Good location for Coventry and surrounding area. Nice estate with park. Layout of house suitable for family. Welcome food pack and other products available.
stale smell, no high chair as stated in information. oven was dirty. No general wheelie bin for rubbish.
A folder with info would be helpful re bins, tv, etc.

The house was fantast except the ensuit bathroom which was not draining.
The bathroom in the ensuit on the top floor was not draining.

it was warm, welcoming and comfortable with everything you need.
the only issue we had was finding “number 31” - it is not next door to number 30 or 32.

very large house, excellent location, full of entertainment with variety of TV choices
dog toys were found on the bed; and some yellowish dirts on the towels

We had a stressful 24h prior to arrival as booking com cancelled our stay with another property due to covid rules...
Firstly the owners left a gift basket of goodies, we were starving and it was really appreciated!
The property is homely but modern at the same time. Very clean. The location was perfect. Ample parking. Fast WiFi and connected to the TV. Each floor has a toilet and wash facilities. Clean sheets and lots of clean towels The area is also quiet, perfect for families
Definitely will be staying here the next trip I need to make to Coventry.
