Friendly staff. Nice clean comfortable ground floor room. We stay quite often always good value for money.

The room itself was cleaned superbly. It was well stocked with tea and coffee in the room, as well as having items such as kettle, hairdryer, television and ironing board. Having our own key meant we could come and go as we pleased. The pub was great and the outdoor seating was well maintained. Our breakfast on the morning was brilliant

Room/hotel corridors were absolutely baking and even though we turned off the heating and opened the windows (as far as we could) it was extremely hot and uncomfortable for a night's sleep. Was looking forward to breakfast as I had stayed here before but quality and selection was poor on this occasion.

Very close to the motorway. Comfy bed and quiet.

Radiators didn't work. Heater was broken. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. VERY hard to turn off water in shower with wet hands (had to wrap a towel around the faucet). Paper peeling off wall. Hardware on bathroom door was falling off. Our room needed some serious cleaning and maintenance.

Large comfortable room, with a good sized bathroom. The carpark was large, so no worry about parking. The pub was nice and we took a couple of pints back to our room the first night and had dinner with the dogs in the bar the second night. Good value for money, and we'll definitely stay again
