Staffs!! Very accommodating and the restaurants inside the hotel have wide variety of selection.

We only had one night stay so it is hard to tell...

It was located close to SM and the airport so it was convenient. The place was nice. The staffs from the front desk were very kind too.

Some of the staffs especially those working in the restaurant are not very professional. Most of their customers are foreigners and it felt like they didn't give us much attention. Also, when I asked for soy sauce and vinegar and extra plate they gave me that, "she's asking for too much" attitude. We ordered the whole chicken (which includes a serving of rice) and it was served on a very huge plate! They expect us to eat from that? Of course it should have been standard initiative to give us extra plate. When we paid we didn't have enough cash with us so we asked if we could pay thru card or have it charged to our room but they didn't have that option either. The pool was very cold too. When we checked in, we wanted to move to a bigger room (upgrade) but the front desk personnel kept saying it was only good for 2 persons. It would have been great if they gave us an option than just saying NO to everything.

When we moved from the superior suite the first morning after checking in on the 30/09/22 at 930pm to a new room.

Well the superior suite that I upgraded with booking.com was in the old part of the hotel the room was on main road and very noisy from traffic then I went to the toilet and plushed it and it overflowed with faeces so we complained and we moved to a pool side standard room with no refund.

The staff was of great assistance and always with a smile

It's a nice n clean hotel to stay. Will be back again.

Front desk wants payment upon check-in. I ussually pay upon check out in every hotel i go. This is the first.time a hotel ever ask payment upon check in
