Location and price

This stay was on the 3rd floor and bring 64 with bad knees made it very difficult to get up

Rather disappointed there was no bath body lotion/shampoo/conditioner or soap provided!

Apartment was accessible to the convention center and mall. Room was clean, I was provided with a complimentary bottled water, dental kit and pair of room slippers, though blanket was a thin sheet of fabric. Fridge and stovetop were available for use as well. Guards were helpful and attentive. Much appreciated having my luggage carried by the guard up to my unit. (No elevator)

Unsatisfactory guest service by the lady receptionist (same one during my check-in and c/out), no eye contact at all, always glued to the computer; the only time she looked up was to get my payment.

Clean room, very nice staff, great location.

"The gym" is not a gym, pictures are misleading. It's just a small room with broken and/or useless equipment.

Location, facilities and staff. All made our stay really good. Location close to walking street was good and safe, no problems with late night getting back to the hotel, room had cooking facilities including two burner electric cook top and microwave, staff were welcoming and always helpful.
