The staff are accommodating, with warm greetings everytime you enter the hotel premises. The location is also a plus, it is near to all basic necessities and walking distance to SM Clark. The rooms are spacious.

Firstly, there is no real car park, the front space is just enough for about 4-5 motorcycles. So you park at your own risk on the side streets . Secondly, the place is quite outdated (looks old , smells funny in a not god way) . Thirdly, although the rooms are clean, you can't help but notice the rusting of hot plates in the kitchen, the old curtains (should be replaced by a new or atleast a clean one). Lastly, there is no provision of garbage bin in any unit or inside the bathroom atleast. To sum it up, it is a shame that this hotel is not well maintained or mismanaged. With proper maintenance, this will be a great place to stay.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t get a superior suite the amenities list was not very accurate according to my room remove 50 %of them that the pictures of my room I reserved but was told it was rented out even though I had my room rented for months and weeks before my trip was offered a better room for a small fee per day more which I accepted but still didn’t get the room or a room with the amenities I was promised in my booking the room i did get was poorly lighted, mold in the bathroom cockroaches , a wardrobe closet with the door falling off and last day I pulled my suitcase out from the corner and a broken top to a beer bottle came out with it and cut my foot and I don’t even drink alcohol the tv didn’t have the programming promised and the picture was mostly just snow so couldn’t really watch it. I only took one picture of wardrobe closet to prove I didn’t break it the rest of the room was nothing but a small table two chairs , a love seat with a small coffee table , a bed a bathroom one small refrigerator freezer worked great the bottom got barely cold no blower on it a tea pot worked good and rice cooker never used and a broken bear bottle top that was all that was in my room #15 also it was roadside with lots of road noise 24/7 the walls might have insulation but the sliding glass door for the balcony can hear everything and the balcony was very very small no reason to get out on it I would never stay again mostly because they must of checked every box on amenity’s even if they didn’t offer them
