Location, easy access to subway.

This stay is perfect, I'll say it's definitely the best one in my trip. The interior design is full of Kyoto style and I love the way they offer you the room key!!! They provide a laundry room also and I have a small balcony outside my room. In addition, the room got the biggest size in Japan I've ever seen! Really chill and relax! The environment is quiet and saft, I love walking in the valley in Kyoto!!!

Quiet, comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood.

Within walking range to the Kyoto-Station. Check-in and check-out without any problem. Room equipment above average Bathroom was clean

Very dusty Fridge is loud Dark room (Ground floor)

A small little ? 2- star Hotel with elevator, but the renovated room is like a 4- star hotel. They provide detailed guide on how to reach there, and they are v considerate to think in the shoes of guests, which we will have luggage and there is reminder on subway exits with elevator. They also provide pyjamas, though they don't clean the room during the stay, they provide new towels every few days. Also they offer advice on luggage storage. They also provide tour info in form of quarterly magazine

Staff isn't always there

liked the spacious room, very classy. I took the least expensive room and it was still verry nice to me👍 liked the japanese toilets wich are separate from the bathroom☺️ I’d recommend ! thank you

there is not always someone at the front desk, makes the exchanges with the hotel not very friendly. they’ll charge you extra if you want your room cleaned up during your stay.

Good value for money, nice and modern building with elevator and laundry. No reception, however the check-in process was super easy. Nice bathroom and Japanese-styled room.

The room was very small, that was the only thing.

Quiet and quite close to Kyoto Station

No staff around when you needed something. Can’t watch TV as it is next to your bed.

Japanese style room. Small living room and tatami bed room. Tea pot, microwave machine in room.

Space is quite small, which is not available to fully open a big size suit case.

Location wasn't bad. I would not stay there again.

Much too small, no chair or any place to sit except a mat.
