Breakfast was excellent, the location is good and the transport is excellent

Although we booked or weekly cleaning having coffee sachets etc topped up would have been good.
Having the room cleaned at least once in the middle of our stay would have been good

The room worked for us!
I don't like that there is no microwave and the public car park, which doesn't lock in a car park. I don't like parking in the public streets around the area, its not always safe late at night.

There was a building site next door, and there was no disclosure of this on booking, or further correspondence. We were woken by the sound of concrete pouring and a building crew. The room was meant to be a suite, but they don't know the meaning of the word. Very little space to clothes, beds so close to wall would hit it when got up, the bathroom had no vanity, just an old trolley, the basin tap was too big for the basin, and the water would splash out. But the worst of all, the sheets were stained! A second room we booked was meant to be twin beds, but this was not done until it was insisted.

Air conditioning was not working and the restaurant was not open when we stayed.

Easy Parking, both within and on street. Good Location. Comfortable room, Nice Breakfast. room located away from lifts as requested. Very efficient Reception.
SInk in the bathroom did not drain properly, and seemed to be blocked. We didn't use the kettle due to a scum at the bottom, as it looked like someone had tried to boil milk or something in the kettle.

No kettle in the room. When we spoke to reception in the morning I was told to come and get a replacement one. Didn’t want to bring it to us in our room. So had to get fully dressed and go get it!

Good location and easy to find way around
Was hard to understand staff and had to pay for parking. Don't stay there with a lowered car

Overall quite a nice place. Rooms were as expected but sheets were (I hope) rust stained. Curtains are blackout and awesome as is the adjustable ducted air conditioner. Restaurant/cafe is currently closed so no food available on site. Light rail is 200m away and a very easy way to get into the CBD. Braddon is a 15-20 walk and all flat, and is where a lot of the really nice restaurants are.

The parking process wasn't great. First we needed to park out front to get information about the parking then get back into the car, park then go back to reception for validation. I think this process could be a bit more streamlined.
Also the restaurant was not operating over our stay which was dissapointing and not communicated to us prior.

Ness, one of the receptionists was caring, extremely helpful and professional, as were the others but she stood out.

Excellent location close enough drive to city centre, cafe shop outside near entrance. Clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff highly recommend.
No on-site parking otherwise charges apply however there's off street parking nearby.
