Everything it was horrible damaged and dirty

It was a nice room, with two beds and two nice chairs. The bathroom was seperate from te room, but was okay! The location was great!! Near a busstop and with a supermarket and some restaurant at walking distance.

There was a waterboiler, but no cups, so no tea for us. We only got one toiletpaper roll and one set of towels for 9 days, which really wasn't enough and kind of dirty.

it was quiet! The staff was polite!

We waited for an hour, for the property to be cleaned to get in. For the whole period no one come to change at least the towels the mattresses were not comfortable at all, all the furniture was old the cutlery and dishes were dirty. For the money that we paid it could of been much better!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I was looking up some old reviews, everything looked fine, but let me give you a review of the situation now. Total scam. The location was bad. Furniture was old and broken, bath wasn’t working, it wasn’t clean AT ALL. We found hairs in the bath and in the bed. The bed was COVERED in hairs. I doubt the sheets were even changed. The bed was horrible, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. I am sure sleeping on the rocks outside would be more comfortable and pleasant. The bedroom is basically an architectural error. The roof is pretty low (it’s an attic roof) and whenever you wanna get up you hit your head. I am sure the room has never EVER been cleaned before. It was full of dust and it was hard to breathe even with open door. The bedroom is a little box with no windows and bad lighting. THE SHEETS WERE TERRIBLE. For some reason I got so itchy from the sheets. I guess I will have to get a tetanus jab now. 😐 The whole room smelled old and musty. The bathroom STINKS. I would rather live in a trash can that go trough being there again. The heating stopped in the middle of the night, it quickly got cold…. The manager didn’t seem too worried about the state of the room. Overall wasn’t pleased with the costumer service. I stayed in that room more than 10 sleepless hours, I was so angry I just left at 6 am to go to another better hotel. !THEY WILL NOT REFUND! I was supposed to stay there 4 nights (which is impossible and inhuman) and I didn’t even get my money back. If you wanna go there in 2023 you can find much better for cheaper, even sleeping on a bench outside is a better option.

-Stylish and beautifully arranged and spacious room -Plenty of storage-many shelves, a big wardrobe, few smaller cupboards.. -Loved the flexibility of three single beds in the room; -Customer service was excellent on all levels; -Good value for money; -Generous check-out time; -Great central, but quiet location.

-Some of the facilities (like bathroom, the kettle) and furniture (like balcony furniture) were a bit dated and visibly old, but still in working order, so not a problem -The room was overall clean, but dust was laying all over the furniture and even bed linen, again not a huge problem, but an easy one to address as just ruins the overall impression of an otherwise clean space.

The communication with host over the phone was very efficient and the check in went flawlessly, as a result. The rest of the parameters were good, but not perfect. For example, the property is located on a quite street, but the noise from the neighbors was disturbing almost the entire night. The location is very good, if you have a car, but is somewhat problematic, when using a public transportation. The room and the bathroom are rather clean, but not perfect. In general, the hotel adequately represents it's prise.
