Great loctaion and staff for the stay. Quiet near to all the places i have to enjoi park or boating or bus stand etc. nice ambiance

Great location just up the hill from all the sights including parks and the lake and nearby restaurants. It was wonderful to be surrounded by nature only a short distance from this hotel. My room was clean and elegant with lots of hot water. I was delighted to stay at Swiss Cottage.
My only complaint was the noise from the resort opposite and the street. It wasn't bad most of the time but in the early morning most people are up and very busy.

Good location
There is no food services and lift . That’s must be consider thing . Hope alphonsa travel charged more far compared to other travel it will ruin your reputation please be aware of it

Great location, the room with the sitting area and enclosed balcony was worth the Rs 1000 extra per night. Comfortable bed and clean sheets and bathroom was clean too. Extra blankets and hot water for the cold nights was provided on a daily basis. Road noise was minimal.
This is not a non-smoking hotel. Ash trays are provided in every room. Hot water only available at set hours. Also, get ready to be kicked out at 9 am. Incoming guests can check in early so staying guests have to get out. Hallway noise is loud and echoing. No laundry service available. The hotel helper asked for tips rather than being given.

I didn't like anything there regret to chose a wrong hotel...
The staff over there was almost chasingvus out when we r about to check-out.......I have stayed in many hotels..never had this bad experience with anyone...when we checked in the same staff told to upgrsde our room n told to pay 800rs per day..( we stsyed for 3 days).. n made us wait for 1 hour we checked in actually around 12pm ...but got the room around 1 pm but while checking out he was asking us to vacate around 9bam.....very bad n rude behaviour of the staff..never stay in swiss cottage again or recommend to anyone...I am wondering how booking.com has chosen thathotel..in your

Location was superb...for food we had to move here and there but that was fun

Location is great...room with a balcony gets the views you see on Coakers Walk which starts very close to the property.
Drinking water, both hot and cold, was offered.
It was a quiet location
Pity the restaurant wasn't functioning for breakfast

I would love to see the top floor is arranged with casual seats and front glass portions cleaned for viewing sun rise.

Superb location.. Coakers walk, Bryant Park, market and kodaikanal lakes are just a 5 min walk away from the hotel… The host was pleasing and very cooperative. Rooms were neat and spacious.. the only one problem I see is there is no restaurant inside the hotel.

Location is good for major attractions and local transport. Provided breakfast would be a bonus and good. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.
Nothing to complain as such. Everything has met the basic and comfortable standards.
