Location , Restaurant, Food were all good. Hotel management and staff were much friendly

The road and hotel maintenance. You will require a Off-road vehicle to reach there. Normal cars will reach there but the road are at the worst. The hotel requires maintenance work and the Kids park area need to be improved.

The stay was perfect for us. The rooms were very clean and had all the facilities in amazing condition. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality of the food was way better than all the restaurants (even Zomato and trip adventure recommended) we tried during our trip. We had other meals as well and the service was fantastic. We tried the chilly paneer, veg biryani, onion pakora, french fries, kadai paneer, paneer butter masala, naan, Manchurian and veg noodles. All the dishes were so delicious. The manager was extremely friendly, polite, helpful and professional at the same time and made every possible arrangement to make our stay comfortable. He suggested a few locations (not in our itenary) that we could visit in Ooty as well as Pykara and made transport accommodations accordingly as well at a very reasonable price. The transport accommodations were excellent and the drivers were professional and also acted as our guides making our visit to each location even more memorable. Overall the experience was perfect for us and we would definitely recommend this resort for staying in Ooty

Everything was even better than our liking. The manager took care of each and every requirement and was available at all times.

The bed was comfortable and the food was very nice

The approach road is treacherous. No proper signage. The rooms are very basic and don't have good views. Too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast only starts at 8:30am, for a tourist destination, where people have a while day of sightseeing, an early start helps, but they were not agreeing to early breakfast. The geyser takes 30 mins for one bucket of hot water, so you need to plan your baths accordingly, lot of wastage of time. Room cleaning was average, lot of dust in the fan and corners in the room.

Some Facilities which were mentioned in the booking site is not available, food is not good.

Location was very nice Staffs are good and communication are also well

1) They Didn't keep a carpet eve near to the Bathroom. 2) Blanket provide not sufficient for the cold weather. 3) Food is very costly compare to other place. 4) No Hot water provided late evening and night 5) Need to improve Road towards the property its difficult to drive a car.
