It's a very remote place. You definitely need transportation.

Very quiet location. Convenient to see Sigiriya and make neighbouring elephant safaris. The house was big and very clean. Alimentation served by owner was excellent.

Amazing and scenic location near a beautiful quiet lake and paddy fields. Super close to all the restaurants in the village and very easy access to lion rock and other local attractions! nice spacious rooms. having a fridge was useful in the room too. very nice terrace to relax and the hosts were lovely and cooked amazing breakfasts for us!

Lovely breakfast, very sumptuous perfect meals! It's tucked into one of the most off beat scenic spots of sigiriya, was a pretty journey through the lake area to get to the room. Tuk tuks are available in the property to hire with some prior notice, and the hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful, serving great refreshments once in a while. The rooms are well equipped and the view outside is wonderful, full frame.

I stayed at this adorable family-run guest house for what was supposed to be two nights, but ended up extending my stay to six nights! The location was so peaceful and beautiful, and the Sri Lankan breakfast was absolutely amazing. Everything was just perfect, from the cozy rooms to the warm and friendly hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place for a cute and relaxing getaway!

I gotta tell you about the awesome family-run guest house I stayed at recently. The location was super chill and beautiful, and the Sri Lankan breakfast they served up was seriously amazing. I was only planning to stay for two nights, but ended up hanging out there for six! The rooms were cozy and the fam running the place were so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this spot for a cute and casual vacay!

A very good reception... I appreciate it. Even the owner of the king's village is very kind and She provided us with all the things we needed. Even though it is located in a forested village just outside the city, we didnt feel uncomfortable... This place is a very beautiful space. It is surrounded by a scenic paddy and Egodawewa lake is situated a little far away... In the evening, that place is unforgettable and the Sigiriya rock is visible in front of the lake...the food is very delicious. Cleanliness is good. I recommend this to anyone, especially couples... hope to visit again

the place is really in the jungle, so a bit faraway from city, plus there is no restaurants or shops near by, but the owner will arrange the tuk tuk for you, so no big deal :)

this is a nice bed and breakfast with 3 rooms. family room is big enough for 4 adults. it has 1 queen and 2 single beds. you need to inform the owner in advance if you want dinner. the owner is courteous and very friendly and helpful.

The best Rice and Curry cooked by the owner.

Great place in the middle of forest, quiet with amazing Sound of a junge. Wonderful morning View over the rice fields with wild peacooks walking around. Wonderfoul host, and very good homemade breakfast!

Some ants in Room, but if you are in the middle of jungle it's normal!

location was really beautiful and well maintained! the owners were very welcoming and even made us tasty dinner on short notice. the views were relaxing. keep up the good work! will recommend to others!

The path to hotel was sketchy at night. tip- go during the day and the path is so beautiful with water either side.
