The porters were good people. The receptionist had no manners on how to interact with guests. Poor attitude towards her job.

Where do I begin? For starters the entire hotel was covered in dust. No one bothered cleaning it. Stains all over the the floor and the walls. Weird smell When I got to the room - I noticed a weird smell , stains on the floor , the wall paint was fully finished. The bathroom literally at one point had cockroaches coming in from somewhere and the water pressure was literally finished - you couldn't even shower properly. At one point in my stay there was trash all over the 2nd floor which no one bothered cleaning for HOURS! I have never ever stayed at such poor run hotel ever! and I have stayed at a good few hotels all over the world and especially lahore. I booked this place literally last minute on the day late late afternoon and it was such a mistake. Fully regret it Such a bad experience!!!!!

The property is absolutely fine but there is 0% cleaness.

Cleaness is absolutely missing and there are many many bed bugs in the bed and pillows moreover too much hairs on the sheet and blanket cover is like they changed before 5 years

Location was great customer service was brilliant airport shuttle is very convenient

The heating was not working , sheet was very dirty and the pillow was dirty , tv was not working , no phone for reception or room service , I would not recommend anyone to stay there … and when I complained about the issue staff was like they can’t do nothing I Travel 56 countries but this was the very bad experience

Very comfortable place for families to stay. Clean environment, polite staff, peaceful location and fully furnished rooms with all basic facilities. Highly recommended.

Had a little bit problem about warm water but it’s not a big issue.
