A wonderful hotel. Lots of character, very comfortable, great bar - very friendly, helpful staff. And a great breakfast.

Superbe hôtel, en plein centre, chambre spacieuse et luxueuse (sdb gigantesque). Espace sauna/bain relaxant et salle de sport de compétition (beaucoup de matériel et de qualité). Hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Literie très confortable Petit déjeuner au dessus de la norme (avocado toast!!) Vraiment parfait, notre préféré à Reykjavik (excellent rapport qualité prix)

The location cannot be better, the hotel design is modern but cozy, the staff were extremely accommodating and got us into our room at 10:30am as we were just getting off a red eye - hugely appreciated. The bed and the linens made you feel like you’re snoozing on a cloud.

Love the location, but the real wow is the feel and style of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel has a very boutique feel and is a world away from the usual bland branded hotel rooms. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is spacious with a superb waterfall shower. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold foods, with fresh juice and drinks available.

As with most city centre hotels, there is no onsite parking, but this is not an issue in Reykjavik as there is street parking and car parks nearby. The room we had was beautifully furnished, but was pretty cosy, so not a lot of space, but the bathroom was spacious. One downside for us was that we arrived back one night and found the bar closed at 11pm. Not a major issue, but disappointing when the bar area had quite a few people there.

Comfortable,large room with divine bed.Huge shower. Breakfast was comprehensive with many healthy options. Staff at hotel were consistently cheerful and helpful.

I was greatly disappointed the restaurant was not open for dinner any of the 7 nights I stayed there. One big reason for choosing the hotel was to be able to eat dinner at the hotel,and avoid the search for available restaurants. They should have informed guests.

Dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta,mega wygodne łóżko i super puszysta pościel z pod której nie chciało się wynurzać. bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, smaczne i zdrowe śniadania. Dobrze wygłuszony pokój. Wszystko było mega !

The breakfast was very good, except one of the days, the gentleman manning the breakfast area told me by mistake that it would close in 10 more minutes when in fact there was still one hour and 10 min. However, he was very attentive in all other matters so I cannot fault him for it.

My husband got into a scooter accident on the last day. He had just returned from the emergency room on the morning we were scheduled to check out. I asked the front desk if we could stay for another day, because he could barely move. The front desk told me that all the rooms were sold out. However, when I checked online on booking.com, there was one room left, so I booked it. Perhaps this is how the system is set up these days, but it feels rather personal when you're refused by the front desk in person, only to find availability on a booking site.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, well located, lovely rooms, nice staff and a good breakfast. The staff are very accommodating and the bar area is very comfortable for a drink and a little relaxation at the end of a day.

The bed was the the best we have EVER slept on and if course the hot dog stand outside the hotel...

The location was ideal. The sauna and hot tub were super nice.

My room was incredibly hot with no way to adjust. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in such a hot room.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The location was perfect, it was in the center of everything. The bed was the comfiest! Wanted to take it home with me.
