Good location for our needs. Property had everything we needed.

The property was beautifully presented and made for a very relaxing & comfortable stay. Everything was well thought-out and detail instructions were given at each stage (arrival, departure, how to work the oven etc).

1. We have already paid all of rental price before check-in date. We tried many times to pay deposit to the property owner but the method is inconvenience. We offered many ways to pay deposit to the owner but the owner still insisted that way. We cannot access the property in spite of fully paid of rental price because the owner only insisted to receive the deposit before inform us how to access. After problem solving, the owner informed the problem came from language berrier which is not true and unfair to transfer risks to us. 2. We found some equipments are dirty such as the oven and microwave. I feel uncomfortable. 3. If the owner think the deposit is very secious, the equipments should be cleaned and ready for customer to use.

Excellent house with all the things possible you could need included. Outside area for use was a bonus in the hot weather.

Accommodation spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped with lots of extra items for guests comfort and the welcome pack was most appreciated. Warm welcome on arrival and highly recommended accommodation at lovely very well equipped accommodation with lots of extra personal touches.

We had a great stay. The Coach House had everything we needed and more for our stay. The outdoor area was great for my three year old son. The house was super clean and the owners have taken a lot of time to put in all the little details to make a stay comfortable, from the decor to breakfast and light snacks, books, games and comfy indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Very comfortable and very clean property. The owners have built it themselves and it is full of character and comfort. The beds were very comfortable, and the facilities and breakfast were all lovely. The host met us when we arrived and gave us all the needed information. I would love to stay again if I am in the area!

There are no clothes washing facilities on-premises, but this isn't a significant issue and is said on the booking information. The ceilings are a little low, but again this is part of the property's charm. Overall, no real negatives!

Very clean and everything you could possibly need for a break away from home provided. Short walk to a bus stop into the city.

Genuinely couldn't think of anything that was missing or would improve the property.

The property was very clean, in a good location and furnished excellently. The host ensured we were comfortable at all times, and guided us through the check in process. The amenities in the house were very well thought through and everything we needed for our short trip.

***This review is based for the sister property of Beautiful Georgian duplex, as host Shea had a problem with this original property and we stayed in the city centre property instead*** Continental breakfast provided was great. Also got a little welcome snack tray, which was a lovely touch. Kitchen was equipped well for our family of 4 stay. WiFi worked great and our stay was very comfortable.

Only things I missed was a toilet brush and if our stay would have been a longer one, then would have probably needed a vacuum cleaner. Pan and brush were available.

Wonderful hosts - Shea, Peter and Reuben could not have made me any more welcome and were on hand if I needed anything. The coach house was perfect, unbelieveably clean and everything you could need on hand. The breakfast was lovely, cereal, bread, jam, orange juice etc and even fresh fruit left for me picked from their trees in their lovely garden.

There was nothing I didn't like - everything was perfect and the best property I've ever stayed at - perfect for work.

Place was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast cereals, bread, milk, juice, tea and coffee were all included. The Coach House is fantastic and quite possibly the best self catering accommodation we’ve ever booked. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The duvets were very thick, made us sweat while sleeping. There could be slimmer and cotton duvets for the summer.

The property is well appointed, clean and with good supplies for a short stay. The host was informative and always available. It felt like a home from home. A parking space was made available at the property for the duration.

We preferred to drive to the centre of Gloucester rather than walk.

Spent 2 nights at this great little place with our two children to be near family nearby. Easy to park and checkin, quirky yet comfortable apartment, all very clean, a few nice extra touches like nice toiletries, decent coffee and a dishwasher. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
