No one speaks any proper English. Entire stay, no one understood what we were asking for, so we just had to give up with frustration everytime. It was easily noticeable the staffs are not fully trained or having a good understanding what they are supposed to be doing. Plus bad communication between them. We had wrong food and wine served to our room, called to ask, they don't even understand what's going on. Food and drinks tasted horrible at over-charged price. Happy hour is for 2.5h: got there after 50min, food all gone and empty. Drinks or glasses gone. Asked for refill. Not happening. Loud Chinese families ate and drank all. Their kids riding roller skates in there. No one cares. Unbelievable. Breakfast buffet was another nightmare. Everyone shouting, watching videos on their device so loud letting their kids run about making a mess. Coffee machine out of service, people queing up crazy waiting, servers and manager just standing right next to it chatting. Disappointing and stressful meal times. Hard to believe this is Sheraton. Our bed smelled really funny like fish. Had itches all over my body all night. Hated it. Fabric sofa, carpet, curtain: dusty and smelly. Hated it. So many other little things I experienced more, but meaningless I guess. Just Don't go stay there. It was a total waste of money. Your hotel ruined our special day.

Very comfy , good location and very new hotel.

Great location near Wanda Plaza. Excellent kids area for my 4 year old son to play at.

The pool was closed and that took away a very good reason to stay here.

This hotel is well-located, with very friendly and helpful staff. Their restaurant at the ground floor agreed to lend us wine glasses (because a friend of mine came to see me with a bottle of wine) without charging anything.

There was little card inserting into my room through under the door asking whether there's any need for laundry. It happened everyday, which I think is a bit unnecessary. Should I have had wanted to do laundry, I'd have filled the form myself.
