It’s a stunning house, views are exceptional. It is a very spacious house, much more beautiful and bigger than in pictures. Really beautiful, great clean pool and jacuzzi.

We were a group that rented a house for a week. This is a house with a pool. We received one shower towel each, there were no hand towels or pool towels, toiletries were missing. House is massive and can accommodate many people,with that you need more glassware and it was also minimal. 1 room wasn’t cleaned properly. It’s an amazing house and I would come back but this little things also matter.

Fantastic ocean view from the large private and beautiful garden. Very good beds. Great location in a usually quiet area, with short distance by car to central parts of Madeira. We really enjoy the spacious feeling this property gives and the peace and rest you get. With some small adjustments in follow up of details this house is fully recommended to all semi large groups. We were 7 adults this time and 6 adults + a larger group of children three years ago.

Building noise from the closest property, but this will obviously finish soon. The first floor balconies were not clean, and broken glass on the floor in the kitchen. The lovely garden was not maintained in same shape as three years back. A bit dry. Some of this might be due to frost damages due to harder winter than usual.

Fantastic sea view not to far from town everything about the villa was fantastic.

The view is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. The house is huge, plenty of place for 10 people and kids and men from our group enoyed a lot pool table :) To enjoy Madeira and benefit from this amazing villa you need to book at least 10 nights

The Villa is very spacious and the view is stunning. It has everything that we need. The staff has been very helpful and always react quickly to my messages.

The entrance for cars is quite challenging (steep and sharp turn).

Plenty of space and great management team at an island apart, 2nd trip in 9 months and we will be back, amazing for families

As others mentioned, difficult to get car through without scratching underneath bumper, key is to go slow and make sure turn left at middle of the gate not too tight

Location...very misleading info on bookongs.com. a car is a must No instructions on how to use anything The gate has a steeop step which 3 of us fell over on separate occasions. Aslo lots of ants in kitchen on arrival
