Big room. Convenient self check in. Good facility including microwave oven in dining room. 10 min drive to airport.

The room was very comfy and clean. Had a lovely selection of tea. Breakfast was wonderful

It’s well located for Gatwick airport and there are pubs and a large Tesco nearby. My room was quite spacious and fairly quiet. It was very clean. The taxi service to the airport was useful (organised by the hotel). Lovely grounds.

The walls between the rooms were very thin and I could hear people having a shower and their alarms going off. The water in the shower was far too hot and it wasn’t possible to turn it down. I mean scaldingly hot! Furnishings and decor were a bit tired and shabby.

Fantastic place to rest and recover before heading home from vacation. Good value and easy to access. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Not close to shops but food delivery was available. No breakfast available, but coffee, tea and a fridge in the room allowed me to plan ahead. Staff arranged airport drop off if needed. I usually stay on Massetts Rd as it is close to shops/restaurants but this place was great with outdoor areas to wander and you could walk or taxi to town if you weren't prepared with food.

We chose the hotel since it offered shuttle service to Gatwick. The bathrooms are new, the rooms clean. Quiet and you can hear the birds. The landscaping is beautiful. You can walk to restaurants in 2 minutes. Bed very comfortable!

The furnishing are new and basic, what you’d expect for the price. Very good value. I’m not saying we didn’t like it. Just know that’s the model of this hotel.

Good location, easy to find, parking on site with no charge for overnight. Good pub in walking distance for food.

Bed and pillow was rock hard and uncomfortable. Noise from other guests late at night with doors slamming and a couple having a very loud night. Curtains did not keep any light out. No sleep.

Wonderful location, pub five minutes walk away serves good food. Driver turned up to take us to airport exactly on time, he was very friendly and helped with our luggage.

Not the easiest place to find, but once there fine. No reception desk, keys on the table in the porch. No food available and a drive to the nearest sources. Best to take one’s own.

The grounds and setting was lovely. We really enjoyed sitting in the atrium.

The shower was difficult to operate.

The self check-in was smooth, no problem at all. Nice room, comfortable bed.

Room was too hot and couldn't adjust heating so had to sleep with windows open which was noisy as near Gatwick!

Big Dog barking when I got out of my car unnerved me a little bit- don’t think it belonged to the hotel and was inside somewhere but I did walk a little faster to get in the hotel ! Place needs updating - furniture and carpet wise but it was clean and very well done otherwise (lovely towels on bed! )

The proximity to Gatwick Airport was great, lovely comfortable room and easy check in process. Lovely pub nearby.

Two of the cups were dirty in our room. The shuttle that is mentioned in the advert doesn't seem to be an actual shuttle and instead they use your own car, which I absolutely did not want anybody but myself driving.

Easy to pick up key and find room. No problem that we had an early start.

We didn't use the shower because of the short period of time we stayed, but the shower had two big clumps of hair on the tiles. The walls were thin, we could clearly hear the tv in the next room. It was too light in there when the sun came up. This woke me up quite early.

Proximity to airport and a local pub

Excellent for a night's stay after dropping off relatives at Gatwick. Close enough but nice to not be surrounded by concrete.

Breakfast on site but , Tesco was close enough and did a splendid breakfast.

The taxi service was brilliant! Beds were ok and the check in experience was good although you have to pull the door to unlock it and it took a couple of attempts. The room was really quiet and in a perfect location

The rooms smelt really old and musky, and the shower didn’t have a door.

Really lovely and clean room, very nicely done and with little added extras in the room, such as Netflix and also some water, which was appreciated! Keys left out for us, with a nice welcoming letter too.

The room was extremely hot, as the heating in the room was on maximum during the day before we arrived, and so the window had to be left open during the night, to try and cool It down. We also didn’t know how to turn off the heated towel rail.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for an overnight before flying out of Gatwick.

Shame no breakfast was offered.
